USC is a 1.5-point road favorite over Penn State, but is only 1-5 ATS this season. Penn State is coming off losses to unranked Wisconsin and Northwestern. If you had to place a bet on this game, who are you picking and why??

Penn St. They can play physical and USC shrivels on the road and cannot handle the jetlag as they have proven....

I like UNDER if not sure but I won't be playing this one....too many other good ones and the fact you posed a question alludes to the fact its a 'throw a dart' on a side kind of bet.
