Because that is what we we are talking about here isn't it? Purdue futures...in a SDSU Wyoming thread. I give back BigD. I'm 3-1 ATS on Purdue games (and my Bills future is still alive and well). Why do you think I capped those games? Because they were the best on the board? They weren't. I capped them because I saw the writing on the wall. I capped them to give back wins to compensate for a SINGLE loss and I've more than done that. So if you played that future I more than made up for it for you did I not? I did. Because I make sure I right wrongs. Like ripping off 6 in a row after a loss.

Hi Scalabrine, I have seen this before.
Ive noticed that these great posters like JDR016 and BWS77, have been here in the forum for some time now, just like you Scal.
I am seeing large signs of toxic posting in their writing. Toxic Troll friendships are common and are curable. ( so, you have a chance JDR016 and BWS77. )
I found a few signs of whats its called "Toxic Friendship Poster" flowing thru these guy's veins. ( I deal with these cases constantly.)
Some of the symptoms are:
1. Do they find themselves in a competition with other “Posters"?. ( Check )
2. There’s an imbalance in their write ups. Scal with the famous write ups that sell even when you do lose. (Check)
3. The long time posters tells you that you need to change your play, in this case Wyoming. (Double Check)
4. They are at a constant beg with their gods,(figure of speech) for any or all Scal losses, whether its now or future picks Scal has to offer. (Double check for both)
I mean, its more than clear by analyzing their posts. (As you know, POSTER writing dictates most inner thoughts and emotions.)
And I know that with this post, I will get resentment and backlash from my observation in a most defensive mode by these two. (I know whats coming to me. lol)
Look the way I see it, The Covers forum is like a battlefield. I'm not being hateful here with JDR or BWS, just posting my observation on some wounded soldiers here.
There are a lot of zombie writers, more like dead writing trolls.(Those that write bunch of non sense and not enough to back up, you've seen it)
but these two guys, a lot of their writing does have some sense to it. But at the same time, if you read between the lines, their own pride is constantly wounded with the amount of followers that bring some much attention to your posts and write ups.
By the way, Thank you for the plays. We have enough to refurnish the kitchen now.

A game I didn't have a side on... no $hit! And I gave plenty of reason as to why I wouldn't have a side on it.... and you read my reasoning ...... "Did not play San Diego State at -8.5, now at -10. I'm 5-0 this year on the Aztecs but I really don't like them this week against Wyoming.... I know they will be a popular play but something tells me to stay away and I'm trusting my gut. Mostly not trusting their knack for penalties and the strong possibility of getting into a shootout. Wyoming has a ton to play for, and this would be the matchup in the MW Title game if the season ended today. Haven't seen a weather forecast, but that could be in play also. Just a thought for anyone thinking about them."
And you after you read this reasoning, you replied. And I replied with stats and facts. And then you replied (post #262). I replied with more facts, more that you dismissed "Oh come on. If we are going to bring up NIU, Wyoming needed 3OT's to beat them after giving up 34 AT HOME.

THEN I replied that Wyoming had faced NIU's starting QB and SDSU faced the less talented backup who put up his 2nd highest passing total of the year.....
Then the game happened and you were dead wrong. I was right. A group of Cowboys sunk your battleship, and instead of OWNING IT LIKE A MAN and saying you missed, you complain about trolls. Not a word about the play.
So I put it out there that this wasn't worth a play on SDSU and you dismiss it because it wasn't an official play.... All I did was offer a differing opinion to yours which you met with disdain because in your mind nobody could possibly know more about anything than the great scalabrine! He is the Lord of NCAAF! He is the self proclaimed AAC and Rutgers expert! His picks shall not be questioned! His opinion is infallible !!!!!! Wyoming wronged you against Boise and they must be defeated!!
And if the pick loses.... he runs and hides in another thread that was NOT AN OFFICIAL PICK and BRAGS about how he does this free and what a valuable contributing member he is. I hope someone gave him a hug to make him feel better.

You gonna recap this game or what? You gonna bump and recap Purdue RSW? A real MAN and real CAPPER takes the losses with the wins. Someone who CONTRIBUTES to this forum like me will analyze what went wrong and own losses.
