If Rutgers had come out in week 1 and took care of business like everyone thought they would be at least -3 favorites in this game. Instead they shut the bed and now catching +3.5 or +3 depending on your book. Boston College is not a good team and I’ll write off Rutgers horrible performance as just a bad first game.
