Anyone know what is meant on the team pages in the upper right when the 2026 Net Starters are in fractions instead of just saying how many like the previous years

The figure on the left includes transfers that started for other teams last year.  

I've got PS mags goin back about 25 years......not sure it's worth $25 these days.

 Don't have one. I'm not dissin Steele's mag, it's just tough for anyone to keep track of & be current on all movements of players these days, especially in a magazine. I'm sure it still has lots of good info & I always enjoyed reading it, but CFB has changed.

I buy Steele's and Marc Lawrence's Playbook. The latter one comes out later and is more up to date. But while the mags may give you a good base to start with, injuries, weather and off field issues have to be factored in. For instance, DC Steve Belichick's health issues COULD be a distraction for dad Bill and the Tar Heel team in general as they prepare to face TCU in Ireland.
