MEGALOCKS very well disassemble the match and makes a great analysis, but will not write if ,,,final card,,,,,, or,, so so far is that chaos.

iowa st TT under 21.5

As always - only follow if you agree with our logic. These long-winded write-ups guarantee NOTHING. McGuire did a great write-up on Kansas St I think and I ran out of time yesterday - but if you need backup for that one - check his thread out.

Hawks. I really like Iowa but I must say - that game often goes a lot different than I think it will on paper
I really see a lower scoring game than people think based on the analysis I did - namely Iowa D+....Iowa St OL ? Iowa run game +....Both teams know each other +.....I love that the total has STEAMED down to 48.5 which is where we had it to begin with.
summary
lean Iowa -3 (do not like the line melt down to -3 tho) but think the better play is still under 48.5 but no lower....ultimate play is Iowa St TT under if you can still get 21.5.
overall think Iowa may be sneaky this yr but need to see this game.GL:

Like the K State under as well for the reasons Mcguire points out. I think this is a safer play than taking UTSA +14.5. Like McGuire's write-up but I don't trust UTSA yet, I watched them against AZ. They played a good game at AZ after Scooby Wright came out (AZ best defensive player). UTSA QB looked good but we'll see. UTSA broke down bad last year and their first 3 games are brutal. Mostly new team this year so they may have better heart but I'm not sold on the points they put up on a broken AZ defense last week. I like K State to win, I'll gamble on a better coach, better talent, better program. Gonna miss the game this morning but hope to catch the last quarter. Good luck with your bets guys!

wankerJ - agree 100%. I only make one play/game to manage my risk so I took the Kan St TT under instead of UTSA + points for exactly the reasons you noted. GL ! (mafia STEAM has hit the line down to 14)

Well, this about sums it up! I was wrong to be so confident with my UTSA +17 play...wrong wrong wrong. Oh well. I wish I could have jumped on the K State team total under as well as the Iowa St TT under, but my local book only offers these bets for select (high profile) games. Too bad for me.

Poster by the name of HighScore brought to my attention an interesting play on the Idaho/USC game. He noticed that the 2Q line was only -6.5. 4Q line is also -6.5. I can see why the fourth quarter spread is that low, as who knows how motivated USC will be at the end. But doesn't it seem a little weird to have such a low second quarter line? I think it's weird at least, and I bit on it for a unit.
