IMO it’s the time of year where you shop for value. The public has their opinions solidified. Lines reflect that thought. The teams you mentioned all have value compared to public sentiment. There’s a few on my list that reflect your picks.

Thought the same thing on Penn State.  They will get up for this game and compete and lose a close one.  Next week they get steamrolled by the Hoosier train.

Like Penn State catching 20.5.  I think that's way too much and the line reflects the Franklin era.  They will be up for this taking on the Buckeyes.  Buckeyes will win but I just can't see then winning by 3 TD's
