4* Penn St. +2'  moneybag I was shocked to see Clemson favored here. The Big Ten has dominated the ACC in this bowl. And the weather was certainly Big Ten-esque with temps in the low 30s. Both teams had opt outs but Clemson was missing 14 starters due to injuries or opt outs. I actually did writeups for the three games I played but they failed to post. I'm on a great run right now, at least on the college side. 8-1 ATS in December, including 3-0 on 4 unit plays. an_dance
