Breakfast/Lunch...3 egg omelette with onions, lox , home fries , garlic bagel with veggie spread.

Bottle of Water

Dinner; chopped steak with mushroom sauce , brocoli, baked potato loaded no bacon..salad.

Cheese cake with chocolate sauce, $15.99 at Outback.

Take home for tomorrow: mav and cheese , $3.49

Lunch: at my favourite Ginger's Vietnamese restaurant: Famous rare Beef Pho Noodle soup w/ rice noodles and chicken spring roll
