I put Houston in the same sentence as Oregon b/c they are both entertaining teams... you said you didn't want BAMA/LSU b/c it's too boring. Try and follow me, read slowly, take your time, comprehend what i'm saying. 

Just b/c a game is entertaining doesn't mean it should be the national title game. That isn't the criteria of the game. The objective is to put the two best teams in the game. Period. OSU isn't one of the best 2 teams.

Definitely not.  They shutdown one of the best offenses in the nation.  If their defense plays like that then LSU is in serious trouble.

The 28 point spread for Iowa St was just plain stupid.  Their SOS is tough and they lost to good teams. 

Ok St lost an away game to them, not a home game.

The SEC freaks are afraid to let LSU play outside their conference for fear of losing.

LSU vs Ok St would be fun to watch.  Bama had their chance, and blew it.

Does OSU have the best defense in the country? If not, who does? Cause only the best offense have a shot at taking down LSU....just saying. And who wouldn't want to see OSU/LSU? Ratings will be through the roof. There's more than a few players I can name on OSU who will be starting for the NFL today...besides LSU, Bama and OSU...I can't think of any other team. Now follow me....

I will take LSU.  The Big 12 plays no defense and these teams look better because people think they are better becasue they score all sorts of points but when they face top teams they realize that other conferences play defense.

Look at their record of conference chanpionship teams the last 5 years.

Oklahoma just three years ago was scoring over 50 points a game and people said look what they can do at offense and that they may have the best offense all time.  How many points did they get against Florida 14. 

 The Big 12 champion has one win in the last 5 years in BCS games.  With the win against UConn.  They lost to Alabama, LSU, West Virginia, and Boise State. 

The Big 12 conference is right up there with the Big ten in overrated conferences.  The Big Ten is to way to slow and the Big 12 is not physicall enough.

30-40 huh?!! wow thought i was drunk.  lsu beats anybody this year hands down just why do i have to watch that half ass bama team lose again.  they are half as good as last years or 2 yrs agos team.  bama fan knows it too.  admit it u inbreed retards

I don't get into the whole, this team has a great defense, this team has great offense thing. I look at teams as a whole. Football is a 3 part game. Offense, defense, and special teams. Looking at the complete picture Alabama is the better team. LSU would run up and down on Oklahoma State. Would just gash the holy hell out of them with the ground game. On the other end LSU's defense would put the clamps all over that Oklahoma State passing game. If by some god knows how fluke OSU ends up in the title game and the line is anywhere below 10 i'll be alllllll over LSU and will be back here on the night of the game to tell you I told you so after it goes final.

The only way LSU beats OSU by even 20 is if the Defense/Special teams scores 4 TDs.

LSU would run all over Oklahoma State. I mean ALLLLLLL over them. Probably to the tune of 300 yards rushing at 6-7 yards per carry.

lol this guy has been embarrassing himself for the last few hours. Arguing for Ok State is fine, doing so with the intelligence of a 5th grader is another.

I have no problem with people preferring Oklahoma State over Alabama.  Everyone is entitled to an opinion, and I'll respect whatever that is.  But if a LSU/Okie State match-up does come to fruition, don't expect a competitive game, because it won't be competitive.  Trust me, I will be more than happy to clean up on LSU.

Anyone who has been on this site awhile knows I have "Max Bet" the last 5 national championship games, and won them all.  Aside from the 2006 BCS championship game where I had Florida +7, this will be the easiest bet of them all.  No contest.

We still need to do a little work on spelling and punctuation, but overall a much better effort!!! 

  There is a good reason "noe" of my arguments have persuaded you that Alabama should be in the national championship game.  I have never made any such argument.

LSU will beat Ok St, but what's the spread?

Bama only got 6 points in an overtime game vs LSU.  And, don't tell me it was a defensive battle.  I watched the game.  It was a lack of offense.  Plain and simple.  Boring too.
