wow so iowa state would go into penn state and auburn and win??? hahahah u must be really drunk tonight..... they would be competing with ole miss for the cellar and would maybe win 4 games all year...

Alabama's loss was to the best team in the country while Oklahoma State's loss was to a .500 team Iowa State.  That is a huge favor as well.

You also have to look at how those teams did in their wins.  Alabama's closes game was a 16 point win at Penn State, who was a 1 loss team until the scandel broke. 

Oklahoma State had three games that were closer then that a 1 point win to a 6-6 team in Texas A&M . Those 6-6 teams sure give them trouble.  The same Texas A&M team that loss to Arkansas who Alabama absolutly destroyed.

They have 7 point win to Kansas State at home which came right down to the wire with a late TD.  They also have a 12 point win vs a 7-5 Texas team. 

Alabama won every game they had handely except the game vs the number 1 team while Oklahoma State has a loss to a very sub par team and three games that were all closer to any game Alabama played all year.

Are we talking about the same Iowa State team that one on the second to last play of the game vs Northern Iowa and also beat the powerhouse Kansas(who had one win in division 1 football this season) by a fg late in the game and u think they would go into Penn State Auburn or even Florida and win. Wow..

It's just crazy to me how ppl can argue for OSU to play in the title game. I mean they lost to freaking Iowa State... Out of about 115 or so teams in the FBS Iowa State would probably be about 60th... and OSU lost to them! End of story, I don't care about anything else. Nothing else matters, you lose a game like that and you're done. Period.

Yes they have no chance against LSU.  LSU is way to physical against any team in the country except Alabama.  They say would you rather see a 39 36 game, there is no way that Oklahoma State gets 36 points against LSU, their D-Line is way to quick and puts presser on the QB way to much.

Oklahoma State has 4 wins against teams ranked in the top 20 of the BCS.  Alabama only has 1.

Other than Alabama....OSU is the only team that can take down LSU. Who in the world wants to watch another SEC/SEC team? It's fucking boring.....

And it would be even more entertaining to see Houston play Oregon in the national game... Since when do you pick the BCS title game based on entertainment value? You pick the 2 best teams.

Exactly.  They would have zero chance.  It's a complete class mis-match.  This will be a replay of last season's Capital One Bowl between Alabama and Michigan State.  The Cowboys might get in the end zone twice. Call it 45-14 LSU.

There is no secret you bleed SEC....and your right most of the time, that's what scary.

But Oregon gave Auburn a run for their $$ last year, that was not a blowout...and OSU is just as fast as oregon and they are bigger and more physical than oregon. They have a great chance of beating LSU....
