If people are counting on an Auburn emotional letdown in this game, you are making a huge mistake.  Atlanta is a 1.5 hour drive from Auburn-the georgia dome will be packed with Auburn fans.

South Carolina also has an instate rivalry game to play themselves tomorrow against Clemson.  It may not mean anything in regards to SEC standings, but if you think they don't care about beating Clemson you are crazy.

South Car sold their tickets to the SEC game in about 356 seconds.

Both schools will have huge emotional lifts in this game.

Just wishful selective thinking on your behalf if you believe Auburn will have an emotional letdown for the SEC title game they haven't been in since 2004.

This will be the sixth time the SEC Championship is a rematch of a regular season game. The winner of the regular season meeting is 4-1 in the rematch.

You are really easily swayed by media hype aren't you?  You probably watch a bunch of highlights, become goo goo ga ga over Lattimore and Alshon's running and Spurrier's coaching, then transfer that thinking into the vague idea that they'll beat an already superior Auburn.  

Auburn, who's stats are 1) Better in Total offense #8 vs #48, but 2) somewhat lower in total defense, #33 vs #58, is only because of the fact that the SEC West is much better than East this year, and that skews the data. Turnover margin is slightly better for SC (#32) vs Auburn #35.

ATS this year, when favored by single digits Auburn is a nice 5-2, while SCarolina is 2-0 as single digit dogs, and that may be the only thing going for them, beating Bama 35-21 and Florida 36-14.

My opinion is that your view is too biased, relying only on the two big wins against Bama and Florida, but forgetting how they lost to Arkansas 41-20 and Kentucky.

Media Hype??!!??  I have watched Spurrier coach for years, and as an FSU fan  I respect his coaching ability.  South Car has nothing to lose, and Auburn will be tight.  Give me the better defense.  And as far as media hype goes, most joe six packs believe the media hype of Cam Newton.  Auburn will be out coached by Spurrier, and that is just a fact.

I believe SC will beat Auburn because of Steve Spurrier who have been 6 times for SEC Championship and he know how to win for SEC Championship! lol   I will go with SC!

I heard this same exact argument last week.  Difference being the game was played at tuscaloosa.  This week it's on a neutral field.

South Carolina has plenty to lose.  1st time ever in the SEC title game.  Who knows when or if they'll be there again.  Perhaps they'll be the one who will be tight.

Why is fact that Spurrier will outcoach Auburn?  Please explain.

General consensus last week was saban>chizik yet bama got outcoached and outplayed.

South Carolina is not out matched in this game.  They are just as good across the board as Auburn, with the exception of the quarterback position.  Garcia is not on the same level as Newton, but Garcia is not bad himself.  I think there will be a lot of money coming in on Auburn, placed by people that know little about these teams and believe Auburn is the more talented team.  I'm not saying South Carolina is better or that they will win, but I know this team and they can hang with Auburn.
