The Michigan State play scares me a bit because of the unusual circumstances surrounding this game involving Mike Leach. This is a game where Tech could come out relaxed and blow MSU out or could just as easily come out dejected and lay an egg. I do like the Northern Illinois play however. I also like the Troy play later in the week.

Aggieaccountant,
Here's the thing. All the plays are scary. Wyoming +10 1/2 against a Fresno St. team that scores 35 a game, while Wyoming score 10 or less in their 6 losses. SMU, which came in a 14 pt. dog against a Nevada that averages 40 pts. a game. Marshall, although the spread was only +3 was a definte notch down from Ohio. And then an Air Force team that yes can run the ball and had the #5 pass defense, but who thought they could stop the high flying Houston Cougar attack?? I'm sorry you came in late but I hope the last 3 picks work out for you. ![]()

JBP4LIFE,
Funny you should mention the totals. during the course of the college football year I narrowed my totals played down to this:
A) Both teams must score over 30+ pts. per game
B) Both teams must give up 21+ pts. per game
C) The total must under 63 pts. (9 tds.)
So far MTennSt/S.Miss (o/u 59) 42-32, BYU/Ore.ST. (o/u 60 1/2) Wisc/Mia (o/u 56) were plays and last being MichSt/TTech (o/u 59 1/2. Two out of three correct so far. Oddly, 3 games Stan/Okla (56 1/20), Tenn/VTech (50) and Fla/Cinn (55 1/2) all teams scored over 30 pts. per game but only 1 of the 2 teams in each game gave up 21 pts. per game. Today Miss and Ok.St. average 30 pts. per game but only Ok.St. gives up 21.8 while Miss. gives up 18.6. Nice total though, it sits at 51. Good luck today. ![]()

If, and only if, I would ride the Mich.St/TTech total. The Miss/OkSt. total looks good also though.

cd329, here is the link to my picks.
https://games.espn.go.com/bowlmania/en/entry?entryID=626006
Now what's funny is that I am 13-12 so far in the contest. This is just picking the team I thought would win. No spreads. That's why I let the public pick for me. ![]()

Hey VP, thanks for the link but am still not seeing anywhere that has the actual pick percentages of each game. Like the s.fla game, where are you seeing that 90 percent picked them.
thanks for the help
