LOOKING AT THE "OBVIOUS!".....So you look at today's lines and see around 3- one touchdown favorites!!..JOE BLOW BETS ALL 3 FAV'S STRAIGHT UP AND TEASES THEM, EVEN THRROWS IN PARLAYS....He can't lose...Eh??.....WRONG!.....South Florida comes in.....Now there's two one TD fav's left....BUT WAIT!----One "must" go down simply because that's "the way it is" and the "books" won't lose....So, playing the ODDS, and my do I play the odds, I'm 80-90 percent sure that Ark. or Texas Tech will go in the "crapper!".....I wait out Arkansas, but if they lose outright, I missed the bet, and it won't be the first since I play systems and odds.... I'll go on Mich. St  If E.Car. wins outright and blows out the teasers, straights parlays etc. only because of the ESPN pick.... I'll just go 'light' against the ESPN pick....Take a look at tom. nfl lines.....Look at all the 1 td or over favs....Be assured that some of these will "not cover" and even blow out teasers....However, if you've read my posts, picking which ones is just a guess.....When my books say 90 percent one way, and it must be 90, I go the opposite....Hope I made sense!!....Rem. in an earlier post here that my books had 85 percent or so on ARK. PLUS THE OVER....LET'S SEE!!...And rem. that I passed too!

also, you mentioned something about opposites with 2h bets...

do you think the 2nd half for the ecu/ark game is going over in the 2nd half since it was an easy under?

Usually, if it's let's say, dog-under in the first half, then  it's NOT going to happen in the second....Witness the S.Flor. game, and now I just see the E.Car. QB throw 2 inter. straight to the defenders, and Ark. is up 14-0 in the second half....Now this doesn't happen ALL the time, and a good example was Ohio St. yesterday....It stayed the same....If you absolutely MUST get down on a second half, reverse it, but I don't do those.....When Donovan Mcnabb first came into the pros, the Eagles were at Arizona and the over-under was 35 and a half.....At the half, Phil. led, 35-0....I bet the 'over ' in the second half too as I didn't know any better yet....GUESS WHAT?.....FINAL SCORE----IT STAYED 35-0....How's that?.....Experience is the BEST AND ONLY TEACHER IN THIS VICIOUS GAME...Obviously, I never bet that way again.....

i did bet on the over 2Half though...just couldnt stay away....

the line was at 27.5 for crying out loud! that means the game total is now 37.5! the original total was somewhere up in the high 50s low 60s...lets say its 60...the books cant be off by 22.5 points!

so do you still like mich. st? and any news on the o/u in the game?

and as im writting this already 24 points scored in the 3rd quarter and their is still 5 minutes left in the quarter!

hopefully my ecu +7.5 and ml comes though!

There's only 66% on Tech side, -9.5 now

ESPN is 77% to WIN the game...I don't think that qualifies as a fade percentage.

The kicker from E. Car. should be arrested....My books have close to 90 percent on T.T., and the same on the "over!".....Going with the ESPN and MICH ST, PLUS "UNDER" Butsmaller plays sinceI'm up for the day!....Good luck

ECU at +7.5 covered which means Michigan state +7.5 will not cover.. I don't care if 90% of the espn public is on Texas Tech.  Two dogs set at the same line do not cover on the same night.

ummm depending on your book it's michigan state +8.5 up to +10 in some books, i think covers has it 9.5....

not trying to be sarcastic but 7.5 sure aint 8.5, 9.5 or 10

and if your talking about OPENING lines and not closing lines then your wrong again cuz if im not mistaking the msu line opened at -7 for tt and the arkansas line opened at -8...once again 7 is not the same as 8....

well, im riding the sparts, im guessing your on tech...BOL!
