i don't know where you see that the Marshall-Ohio game has 90% backing one side?  you must be seeing numbers that i don't see...

hate to see 95% on ohio because they are 9-4 vs a 6-6

 I too like when Joe Public is on one side. And do pick opposite most of the time. But dont forget 1.5 in 10 win. So if you hit 5 last year, and the first 2 this year. half of the remaining 3 go the other way.

I like OHIO to be the one. Joe public knows squat about these team. Ohio is hungry in this one. They played tough all year. marshall has rolled over. Could be wrong, and will be glad some of us win. Think Ohio wins this one 37-17

The numbers are from ESPN College Bowl Mania. They also show them across the ticker of ESPN on the bottom of the screen. I've always been an "against the public" bettor. Last year there were five plays and this year it is seven. Why spend countless hours doing research, checking posts and in the end have your team get crushed? I am 2-0 and would have to go 1-4 in order to lose money. Add to that the fact that as gambler, don't we have the urge to wager on EVERY BOWL GAME?? Add on top of that the totals and you now have way TOO MANY games you're looking at. I wish every luck and hope that you make money. In the end, why not limit the plays and enjoy the holidays??

I hear you UCONN34. I've been lucky enough to not lose yet and have stayed away from wanting to wager on other games. And now that you mention the 9-4 vs 6-6 records, shouldn't the line be AT LEAST a TD more?? Just something to think about. Didn't Marshall own Ohio when they were both in the same conference??

I am on ESPN now and it has Ohio at 91.2%. Where did you see the numbers otherwise??

Montreal44, when you go to ESPN.com, click on Fantasy Sports, and then look for College Bowl Mania. They show you bar graph lines and when you point your mouse on it, the % is shown. Also, on the ESPN tickers at the bottom of the TV screen, they will show a game and then give some info and then AMERICAS VOTE and a %. Any team over 90%, go the opposite way because we American Gamblers are DUMB!!

Why thank you NONEED4LUCK. Why spend time agonizing over which team to choose, who scores, who plays D?? There are what, 34 bowl games plus totals, game or half wagers. I have 7 plays for the WHOLE BOWL SEASON and that's it. Works for me.   

UCONN34 my man good job. I know it's only halftime but I like the way Marshall came out on a mission. Ohio probably thought they would just bounce in and tear Marshall up. That's the beauty of having a month to prepare.
