For the record, I never tailed him, I never faded him. I just don't do that. And I never thanked him. It turns out he had a few of the same selections as I did (before I opened this thread), and they all lost. Every single one of them!
This was a pretty bad week for me but it's not that bad considering that I'm a parlay bettor.

So he bet on Alabama -25 at the Half strong but recommended FAU +31? Basically he was so darn sure they would be leading by precisely 4 TD's at the half right?
Also, let's not forget that a lot of his picks are teased down by 7 points. NO FUCKING SHIT you will have a winning record if some of your plays have 6-7 tagged on to them. It's simple mathematics! If I had a monkey who randomly picked teams ATS, he'd go 50%. If 20% of those games are teased down by a TD, he'd pick (40% + (how well the teased games do)*(0.20)). For which he would need the teased games to win more than 50% of the time

So basically in a business where you are betting on a side and making money out of the people who believe the other side of that number will win, you are not only publicly ready and whiling to give away that info but also allowing Vegas know what sides most of the monkeys will bet on based on the record you show them.
