Here's a pretty cool story that went unreported during or after the Monday night game.
Below is a video of when the CANES got robbed on a very questionable pass interference call. Ohio State won the National Championship. The Miami cornerback who was flagged on the play is Glenn Sharpe. He was devastated as you can imagine but went on to play in the NFL with the Saints & Colts.
Fast forward to end of the game when the HOOSIERS intercepted Beck. The cornerback who intercepted the ball is Jamari Sharpe, the nephew of Glen Sharpe.
Gotta love karma

Yeah, that was terrible call on Glen. Saw the ref who made the call said holding and pass interference. Even the holding call looked suspect. Didn't know his nephew got the int.
yeah, but people never remember the catch by Michail Jenkins or Cris gamble got robbed on with a few minutes left. Then we didn't have instant replay. He caught the ball in bounds, and it would have been a first down. Then OSU would have run the clock out to win the game without all of that controversy. Either way, it was a penalty, just bad how late it was coming out by the ref. And yes I will say that, even being an OSU fan.
