We dont approach this the same, dont expect to see the same things. I could care less about who did or didnt play two weeks ago. I could care less about how many yards they gave up or give up. I dont care about stats. I play spots and this spot is a must play.

I also think I have the better squad. My perception of these teams is completely different from yours.

    GL with your plays, man.

Agree and we are just seeing it different. I will be banking that Sjst comes out flat a bit more than Rams after they finally stopped 13 games losing streak and celebrated by dumping ice water over the head of sjst s coach.  At least one of us will win.

Gotta hate this constructive conversation on games in this thread . From what I see from this week is fake sharps up one game, donkeys playing the obvious down starting the wknd.

    Good luck this weekend chief

And 33 posts since 2010?  At least boost it up so you have more credibility.

I'm glad you like NCST.  GTech does'nt have a bad defense, a disgusting defense.  I couldn't imagine taking a DD fav on the road with that defense.  I haven't seen more dumb threads about a game in years.  Not only can they lose ATS but lose SU.  UNC did whatever they wanted on the line of scrimmage vs them.  I trust the oddmakers opening line much more than the people salivating to bet it up.  I don't like trends but NCST has some ridiculous trends in their favor.

Really?  Are you guys even reading the injury reports?  Damn near entire D line is out for NCState leaving them with a bunch of freshman fill ins.

    Not hating, just saying.

Bingo. I'm not betting this game, but the masses have decided that NC State is a terrible football team based solely on what they saw in an ESPN game on the road against Cincinnati.

A porous defensive team (GT) laying double-digits in its first road game of the year with overwhelming public support? This can only end poorly.

Actually, they're not.  State will be playing a walk-on at DT.

Still, that variant on the stock-tips-from-the-shoeshine-boy is a great story.  It reminds me of a couple years ago when the tendency of USC and UGA to play low-scoring games filtered out into the non-betting world and had newpaper writers advising their readers to load up on the under.  Final score:  41-37.

I thought it was kinda cool. Its Erin's ass that we snapped at the UNC/Miami game past seasons... It was between that or a handle like Da-Blingz88 or Hustla4eva with a sick ass pic of my Prelude in my pic. I guess I choose poorly.

Post count means credibility? Damn, I guess i could spend the weekend putting s in people thread or hop in on the GT threads and shout out "GTs gonna roll em!" That would get it up. Then people wouldnt call me a noob.

Honestly, I dont post here much. I do stop in from time to time. I post elsewhere on another handle. Regardless, you dont know me, I dont know you. But, I do know people on here who DO know me, so lets let them judge my credibility...

I gotta jet. Now go have a cilantro smoothie or whatever you Leftcoasters enjoy and think of something funny to say...I hope its a fucking hoot!

Take care and keep those post counts up!

Every time I see someone play an oh-so-obvious total, this is the exact game that pops in my head...

Who's publishing this novel?  Got 2 lines in and thought I was reading an article.

Just because I live in Cali doesn't mean I was raised there.

    Good luck to you.

Thanks for giving us the most widely known information. Do you have anything that may really help with this game? Like something the entire free world doesnt know? I mean, I get it. You like to cap and bet on games by using the knowledge of every average joe. That works for you....although I didnt see your record for last year, so I cant verify if thats even the truth. But it doesnt work for me. I want better info. I want info that not every schmuck is looking at. I want info on something that the books care about as well. Those injuries are already factored in, pal.

Clearly a NC State or no play, imo. Everyone thought GT was going to roll all over UNC too. Didnt exactly happen, covered by half point, pushed for some. That was mainly bc of how badly UNC ended up shitting themselves at times.

There was a Tenny/UGA game the same way. The thing had 45 points in the second quarter, lol.

I remember both of those games.

    The 2006 game?

Georgia led 27-24 after three. Tennessee won 51-33. One of my favorite 4th quarters of all time.

I actually leaned to North Carolina all last week and never bet the game

    this game is much different

UNC has good defensive players and are solid on both LOS

the wolfpack are a mash unit and terrible to boot

the Jackets will double that spread in this one barring some insane amount of turnovers or special team disasters

we are on the same side with Utah & Duke

Oh, Wahoo....other than it being a bad spot with the first road game etc. I dont know if I will have the balls to hit submit on that - although those always do seem to win. There are some very sharp cappers on that play, you included. I just dont lay road chalk, really, so its not even an option. But you know you have seen this before. The entire board is on it. That story I told above was no bullshit either. The public wins and I hate that whole fucking debate, but Covers doesnt win and I dont mind that debate. There is no way this entire board covers. And thats my main thinking, but still hardly enough to warrant a play as of now.

This card is an extremely easy one, imo, and I dont need to mess it up with something I am not sure about.

Covers does lose when everyone is on the same side more often than NOT

that can't be argued, you are certainly correct with that

I never make wagers based on what others are playing though, I go with my own mind, research, gut, etc. (most of the time I post my stuff before others so I'm already in before I know what anyone else plays)

I hate laying road chalk in conference play also, it is much easier to take a live dog when schools are familiar with one another IMO

that being said, this game gives me no choice, I'm like you in that I don't win them all but I do win more than I lose (especially bigger ones)

I hope this is one of those times where the board is right, the public is right, whatever

if not, I'll be paying a hefty price for it because I dropped the hammer on that opening number

I could still win with everyone else losing (hate to actually say that but it's true with the line I hit)

Utah and Duke are big ones for me as well, hope we are correct with those

    Good Luck

That and altitude concern me. CSU tends to have fairly extreme home/road splits. I do think SJSU is the better team, but neither one are in a great spot, imo.

    I hit them at + 4

but I certainly think they win the game, they are playing their best right now and should have a distinct advantage in many areas against FIU
