CFB Picks and Why 10-24-26

So far this week we are 1-1 on main plays and 1-0 on small small parlays.   Let's look at some numbers:

            Rice     124 88 140 79

-10.5   Flaat.     45 120 103 113   

Flaat line opened at 10.5, dropped to 7.5 and is now 9.5 currently (madduxsports.com)   .     Rice is better in Total Def.  88 vs 120;  Sched strength at 79 vs 113.   Flaat is better in Total off at 45 vs 124 and Sagarin rank at 103 vs 140.    

Typically when you have this scenario and an opening line of 10.5 - the home team gets it done.    I had Flaat last week against Army - they/I sucked it up; I think today they can get it done. 

My Plays so far:

1.  Flaat.  -9.5 

2. Wva/Tcu over 58.5

Long game but I had been told some funny stuff about this game. Had a friend who said he was told Rice would run all over them. Of course I don’t believe this crap and I said that’s not likely to happen they are abysmal. And…so I’m with you left wondering how this game is indeed so backwards
