Probably a little over my ski's here because I don't have the best idea what's on the roster .. the signal in the noise for me is going out and getting a QB like Sam Levitt .. there's certainly a chance he could play 2 years but it feels like very high price tag on him this year .. and does seem like he'll be ready to make the leap after a year on the Lane Train .. Bagging Lane was such a massive coup and I can't imagine LSU is thinking to play this hand like they did with Kelly waiting a few years building the roster the perfect chance to strike go in on the portal year 3 thinking it'll work that way .. no you paid for lane and if yer a big program like LSU yer taking your shots right away .. they have a great DC which was another coup to keep him around and bagging Sammy the next ASU xfer to LSU heisman dude feels like they are going all in .. 20-1 I can take a stab at it .. feels like as we get to 15x and under I really need to know exactly where this roster is at and how big of a shot is this team taking this year .. at these odds it even kinda feels like books don't see them as a legit contender .. but I wouldn't put anything past lane's ability to turn in an epic offense and this year might have more than enough on D to take this team into and thru the playoff ..
I doubt B365 still has these odds I took it from them right when Slammin Sammy Levitt announced he was going there .. yeah wouldn't say there's no play at 15 or less but again it does start to feel as we dip to those odds like we need a firmer handle on the roster .. so go get that and report back lol ..

AHMAD HARDY 100-1 .. Not quite the 500-1 MASSIVE POTENTIAL BANGER from last year is it .. but I still liked the call and what we were missing was Mizzou pulling off the big season .. Hardy is a proven major RB dude now with the spotlight he didn't have last year baked in .. media will key on him real quick if his numbers and highlights show up again .. once again the thing we need is the BIG MIZZOO season .. Pribula was such a huge disappointment IMO and I probably wouldn't play it if they didn't change that up .. Prib going to UVA feels like a much better fit .. Tigers bagged Austin Simmons and while sure he was replaced as the REBS QB we can all understand why that happened .. Anyone who wasn't sure how much of a MAJOR DUDE Trinny figured it out in the playoffs .. would love to see that guy get another year .. We know Simmons can play .. the big questions will be on the rest of the team including coaching changes which .. as some figured out as late as the natty .. is about as important a factor as any other .. RB's are very tricky to pick but I think we got 100x for the best heisman caliber RB candidate on a team that's off a stumble but been building each year and is a threat to make the SEC champ game which is at least what we'll need to get Hardy a legit shot in NY ..
Recall we were too early on Cam Ward at Wazoo a few years back with his 500-1 banger play .. and while he didn't ultimately win we were still 2 years early and on the wrong team .. .. I can't help but think history might repeat itself a little w this dude .. worth a small play ..
LJ MARTIN 250-1 .. BYU is another program that's just soooo on the cusp right now but the coaching and what they can turn in on the field without tons of MAJOR talent leads us to take these massive odds .. LJ had a massive year with most rush yds in the B12 .. a conf stacked with RB's to start the year .. he will be the unquestioned leader of the team into '26 .. they need to win the conf and get LJ close to 2k yds and for 250x I think there's more than decent chance of him being 'in the running' late in the year .. I don't know what BYU has top to bottom on their team but in the modern age they have dished out 2 years of MONSTER conf competitive seasons with proj ssn win totals of 4.5 and think they were barely expected to make a bowl last year .. no reason to doubt them this yr no matter what the roster looks like ..

Psycho Cignetti here .. wanna ditch BC be the key RB to lead our B2B natty run ? .... ummm yeah lol .. all I can say is CIGGY knows how to pick em and Turbo was a lauded dude at BC and good chance Indy coaching staff gets every bit of major potential out of him .. we're up against another Indy QB in Josh Hoover and no doubt a MAJOR reconstruction of their natty roster .. but note Indy prob does lose 2 of their MAJOR WR's and this offense realllly knows how to run the ball and doesn't turn it over to backups right away .. he may have toooo much company in the backfield to breakout as a clear heisman candidate or may not be 'the dude' .. but 300-1 I can put what fan lets me so 22.50 to win 6750 .. fine let's see what happens ..

We haven't seen Longstreet get serious action yet but he looks like a potential MAJOR dude and I was pretty worried when picking TCU in the bowl game that this dude might come in to replace Maiiava and WRECK the whole game for me .. alas I can see USC not wanting to pay the extra money when they have a proven sure thing at QB .. the move to LSU is interesting because Longstreet is a MAJOR prospect and its high time he see the field .. very very peculiar move .. the guy looks every bit the pedigree and the arm and athleticism fit the bill .. he's an 'assumed' benchwarmer on a very very strong potential natty stacked team with a HC who will not care one bit who the best QB is, he's gunna play the best ..
The potential to make this a good play is probably with Sam not fully recovering from his injured foot by spring ball and / or re-aggrevating it .. could win the job .. could also xfer not rooting for injury but hell or high water if Longstreet won the QB1 job his odds are probably like 10 or 15-1 instantly and at 500x I think he's got better than decent chance of one thing or another happening and him just happening to be .. HIM .. yep .. just like in the movie lol ..
My big wonder with the Husan / Levitt situation is whether either QB has an escape hatch to the portal .. rules a bit diff this year and neither are a grad xfer or seemingly have any other reason why they'd be able to portal out of LSU after spring .. both would have every motivation to do so .. that situation in my mind would be better and make more sense why Husan went there .. we know Lane is a master of jerking the rules around and almost feels like if yer Sam Levitt yer in a position to demand the team not add major 5 star talent if he goes there without some continegency plan for him if he's not THE GUY .. and same for Husan like its time to see the field man not be buried as QB2 another year .. Miami has been building toward a championship year and I am not 100% that they won't at least look the part in the ACC next year .. you have to think there's a bit more emphasis by them on making the playoffs by winning their conf next year not praying for a miracle and getting it ..

I've heard early power rating would put this ND -6 and I'm def not dying to lay points on game of the year plays this year but I could see Mensah's heisman shot potentially die in south bend .. or get GRADE A CERTIFIED sans a conf champ win ..
