In the interest of being completely honest, it did occur to me that you listed your plays with the lower values being your more confident picks.However by the time I noticed it the Wyoming game had already been played and since the rules state; .Rank the 35 bowl games in order from 35 being the most confident, to 1 being the least. You will receive points for correct picks and you will lose points for incorrect picks. there was nothing I could do about it.

 This is not my contest though as I am just helping Boom with the scoring.Boom makes all rules interpretation calls and is also the only official scorer. If you wish to dispute the way that you have been scored you need to address it with him.

I think veNicedammmit should be +139.  You might have overlooked his +16 for Boise.

 I double checked his scorecard (post #60) and again came up with 123. I have him 151 to the good and -28. Please check me again on this one jimmy.

  You're correct.  I counted Mississippi State at +31 instead of Southern Miss at +15 for a difference of 16.

29, also double check phillyfranko and MaineRoad.  I have them at 204 and 111 respectively.  I'm pretty sure I'm right on those two.

I have Maine at +137 to the good and -33.

I have phillyfranko at +175 to the good and -1.

Nevermind.  Good thing I'm NOT keeping score in this thing.  I'm more confused than Mike Tyson in a spelling bee.

We have just about the exact same plays, so it'll be very difficult to catch you.  Even though I have Toledo tomorrow, I would need them to lose to have any chance of catching you.  It would be a net gain of 25 points for me.

I really like the format of this year's confidence pool as opposed to last year's pool, but one thing that I think would make it much better next year would be to allow each player to change up to 3 picks throughout the course of the contest.  I know that complicates the administration contest quite a bit, but you can simplify it a bit by not allow players to change the confidence points, just the team.

For example, I had Western Michigan for 14 confidence points.  I would have loved to have had the ability to switch that play to Purdue for the same 14 confidence points becasue Purdue was the team I liked and ended up betting on.  So, in other words, allow people to switch up to 3 plays throughout the contest, but not the number of confidence points assigned to that play.

The other way this could factor in is at the end orf the contest.  If I'm chasing another player at the end of the contest.  Someone who is chasing another player at the end of the contest could switch a pick opposite of the player they are chasing in an effort to catch that person.  It would certainly add another dynamic to the contest.

  Just a thought.  Wonder how others feel about this idea.

 I hear ya', The Air Force Academy is a must win for me tonight and I have Toledo as my #6 pick.

 Last night I wagered on the 'Pack but had Louisville as my #11.

 And there is NO WAY that I would take Iowa + anything under 2 Tds without Marcus Coker but I have them. 

Yeah, we really should add some ability to make a reasonable number of changes on the fly in the future.

my top play Toledo lost so -35 pts there...

but #6 Texas won...so i have +158 into thurs 12/29 or is it +159 ? 

this new math is hard...if it is money lost or won...i can figure it out...
