Papa - great info... 100% believe what you are saying... THE ONLY THING TO CAUTION HERE - even if you watched the 60 minutes or know Billy he is notorious for setting up middles for himself... So lets say this information is accurate... We do not necessarily know if he did this to set up middles... For example tonight he is sitting on BYU -8 - we will never know if he capped the game at 10 and is trying to hit the other side wyoming +11 before kick etc... I am assuming this is why you said take this information for what it is... His record is 4 - 1 now which is good... Just something to consider guys

Isn't the idea to 180k on all those games getting the line to reset so he can bet 500k on the other side. Besides I thought that guy Willie Balters waited till very last second to get as much "inside" info as he could. Why does he need to blast off bets days before they are played?

My brother worked at a casino in Niagara Falls for a couple of years, and he had access to information others did not. First of all, why wouldnt he be able to walk into a casino and bet a game? It really doesnt matter if he has a runner or not, because even if he does, the employee at the mirage would or at the very least could know who is wagering that kind of money...

Billy uses runners, because he got robbed a few times, when he used to go to the casinos himself. I highly doubt he has gone back to placing bets himself
