jlt9889 - As i stated above, the stronger play is the Over. Both teams can't stop the big pass plays down-field as evident in the games with their common opponent, the Nevada Wolfpack. Both teams can run all they want but there is still going to be a few quick scores in every quarter.
Boise State minus the points isn't a big play for me. The biggest play this week is Rutgers plus the points and Rutgers Moneyline.

The grades are what i'm expecting how the players to perform. Pat White, slightly above average to sub-par performance; Mike Teel - above average. And yeah, Mike Teel is a little bit hurt. I'd regrade him at an A-/B+/B range.
This isn't a play based on the logic that WV lost to South Florida and Rutgers beat South Florida. 
I grade players based on their hot and cold cycles/rhythms. It was about a month that WV lost to South Florida. Pat White is at that "cold" cycle again. I predicted that SU South Florida win and i'm predicting a SU Rutgers win for this match-up.
