Monday Recap: Kept my HOT MONDAY's going, 2-0 +6 units with wins by Wofford and Citadel. Tuesday's have been good to me as well up 10 units. Let's see if we can keep the first of the week magic working.
Tuesday Thoughts:
Valpo +10 at Wright St - Valpo is a horrible FT shooting team and it is Rd 1 of the Conf tournament at the higher seeds home court. Wright St won by 16 at Valpo and by 10 at home this year. They are only 2-7-1 ATS last 10 and 1-4-1 ATS at home but they play some lock down defense. WS has 2 players questionable.
Ill-Chic -2.5 at Youngstown St - IC has won and covered 4 straight to end the year. YSU has covered 5 of 6 in the series and beat IC twice this year as underdogs, by 8 at IC and by 10 at home now they are getting points. The series this year had the home team shooting a ton of free throws. Line seems fishy considering it is at YS and they swept them this year and getting points.
Cincinnati -3 - Cincy is fighting for a bid and coming off a loss to Syracuse. They have 1 big guy that is questionable after not playing the past 2 games. USF has covered the last 4 in the series but is 1-9 SU last 10 and 3-7 ATS last 10. It is Senior Night for USF but their best Senior, Jesus, is OUT. Will be hard to replace his 34 mins/game. They do have 2 other seniors that play 17 mins each.
UW-Milwaukee -7 - All numbers/trends point to them.
Virginia +15 - UVA beat Clemson at home in OT, are 7-3 ATS on Tuesdays, they shoot FT's well and the Underdog is 10-3 ATS in series plust UVA is 6-3 ATS on road. Clemson is coming off back to back losses and they have WF next at Wake! They are 5-5-1 ATS at home and it is SENIOR NIGHT and they have 3 seniors who play a major role.
Michigan State -14 at Indiana - MSU is 7-1-1 ATS on road and won by 28 at home, however they have PURDUE up next. Home team is 14-2 ATS in this series and home team has won last 9 meetings.
Morehead State -3 - EKU forces alot of turnovers in this series this year but only got a split, they are coming off an OT loss. MSU shot better and killed them on the boards in the series this year, home team winning each game. 8-3 ATS last 11 and covered 4 straight in the series. Rd 1 of OVC tournament.
Kansas State +6 at Oklahoma State - Both teams are playing great ball right now. KSU has bad ATS numbers while OK State is 7-3-1 ATS at home and it is SENIOR NIGHT. OKSt has 3 key seniors with 2 of them avg over 30 mins/game. Only drawback is they just had a big win over Texas and they go TO OKLAHOMA next game!
Florida State +12 - Duke won by 8 at FSU but FSU only shot 31% in that meeting. It is Senior night for Greg Paulus at Duke but travelling to UNC next could be on their minds. FSU is 11-3-1 ATS on road, 8-2 ATS in series and killed Duke on the boards in first meeting.
Tenn St +11 at Murray St - TSU is 9-5 ATS on road, road team is 7-1-1 ATS in series and Underdog is 9-4-1 ATS in Series. MSU is 4-6 ATS at home and coming off an OT win. They won by 4 at home and by 30 at TSU this year. Lean TSU.
Rutgers +15.5 - Rutgers is 7-2 ATS on road and were only down 1 at halftime in the first meeting this year. Syracuse won by 16 at Rutgers while shooting 61%, is 6-2 ATS at home but 3-7 ATS on Tuesdays. Syracuse travels to Marquette next!
New Mexico -4.5 - Utah won by 1 at home and coming off road loss to BYU. NM coming off road win in OT, it is SENIOR NIGHT for 3 players and 1 game behind in conference. The Pit is tough place to play.
Weber State -4 - Montana State won by 5 at WSU and it was WSU's last loss. REVENGE factor should be huge here. MSU is 3-7 ATS in Conf, however home team is 7-2 ATS in series (0-1 this year) It is senior night for one MSU player. WSU is 13-3 ATS on road and have covered 9 straight games.
