It sounds like this streak rule is simply, cover or not cover 9 games in a row.  A team won't cover 9 in a row (bet against them) and likewise a team won't not cover 9 in a row (but for them).

And this has precedence over any other rule.

yea  pretty much.   There are exceptions but they are so rare.      For example.  Go look at Oregon.  They play in same conference as Washington.  Go look at what they did coming home after 3 straight road games!

PLAY: Missouri State 8+. AGAINST:  Jacksonville state who comes from a 3 Road games and is favourite at home.

Just to try to keep the Golden Rules straight in my head .... the above 2 teams are coming off 4 Road Games - I thought it HAS to be 3 Road Games???

Tennis is the worst sport to bet imo. Its 1v1 so the players can just bet huge on the opposite underdog or get paid to lose on purpose.

Yes, Oregon covered as a home favorite and they were not on an 8 game no cover streak.  Certainly an exceptionto the rules. Nothing  is 100%.
