Man it never fails that Friday is a complete uphill battle. Sometimes I just skip Friday all together. Saturdays have so many games that are better. Just glad to be up this Friday in particular.

Miami looks like it will be a play for me. Still not sure if I am taking the spread or the ML but Virginia Tech is terrible and has a 2 -18 record in the last 20 games. This game comes on early Saturday which is kind of a bonus.
Nothing I love more than betting against teams that lose a lot.

The Miami Hurricanes won’t be winning the
ACC but will they have enough wins to get an NCAA tournament invitation?
The Hurricanes took a step in the right direction with a 67-63 victory
at Pittsburgh with a comeback from a four point deficit. The Panthers
held a 46%-42.6% shooting edge but the Canes turned 18 Panthers
personals in to a decisive 15-7 advantage with Pitt going to the line
just eight times. Sheldon McClellan gave the offense 20 points but
struggled on 6-16 shooting. Davon Reed was right on his heels with 19
points on 7-8 from the field while Tonye Jekeri added ten points and a
contest high eleven rebounds. Manu Lecomte chipped in with seven points
but scoring was difficult to come by outside of the top three.
The Virginia Tech Hokies are at the
bottom of the Atlantic Coast Conference and have dropped six in a row
with less then 60 points scored in five of those defeats so scoring has
been a big problem. The Hokies offensive struggles were apparent in a
66-59 defeat to visiting Boston College where the Eagles jumped to a 13
point lead heading to the locker room and keeping VT at arm’s length the
rest of the way. The Eagles hit shots at 52% and posted five more free
throws to overcome the Hokies 39% accuracy and 12 more looks at the
basket. Virginia Tech received a contest high 22 points on 7-16 from
the floor but he was the lone double digit scorer. Malik Muller added
eight points and posted five pulls while Ahmed Hill chipped in with
seven points.

13-6-1 ATS in their last 20 road games vs. a team with a winning home

I would rather go hungry and let someone else eat.
Last year after I had my best college hoops season ever and won the most I have ever, my wife and I went to the dollar store and bought a cart full of various things like deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpaste, bottled waters, chap stick, razors, shaving creams, soaps, dental floss, tissues and lots of snacks.
We went home and filled gallon bags with this stuff and loaded my trunk up. I live in San Diego, California and there are lots of homeless people here. So we went downtown and handed out hundreds of these bags to the homeless. Some people call them blessing bags. Anyway, I'm a firm believer in karma and I also believe when good things happen to you, you should do good things for others. Especially those in need.

The pic is awesome, the funny thing is on the way to this pig roast the homeless was at the signal light asking for handouts.
I only had $10 bucks on me, so I told the guy I have no money but how about a beer? He said that will work, so on my way back home I parked the truck and walked under the overpass and met the boys.
They were high five my butt, it was a good scene. Seems like it just happen yesterday.
