Cornell -19.5 Brown -2 (-105) Teaser: Cornell -14.5 / Brown +3 (-130)
The only bet I've locked in so far today is Virginia Tech -1. If this game somehow gets postponed beyond today, I am not gonna be happy since my entire play was based on the spot/situation both team's happen to be in today.

Here are the Ivy side plays I'm considering:

Interesting concerns on Princeton, but I just cant pass up -6 on this big of a mismatch.
Any totals thoughts?
As far as totals go, I'd lean to the over on Cornell-Penn and the under in Brown-Dartmouth, and slight leans to the over in Harvard-Yale and the under in Princeton-Columbia. But I don't feel that strongly about any of them and since I'm generally not that great with totals, I wouldn't read too much into what I say.

Love the work and time you put into these! After your write up, I really looked into that Cornell/Penn match up. I am gonna roll with Cornell and lay the points. They are EMBARRASSED by Penn.
Mix that with a tired and fatigued (short bench) Penn team and that has all the makings of a blow out! Tailing you on the VT game as well. I didn't really have to look at it that close, but your write-up convinced me. Thanks again buddy!

tough loss last night DMON... at least we didn't have to sweat it out - the bet was essentially killed at halftime. Can't win em all
I've made it back and some today. I like V-Tech as well. I think I'll bite. Been leaning Cornell, but can't seem to find it for less than 20.5. It's already a little steep for me.
Do u ever play any A10? I'm on Duquesne tonight. Love this spot for this squad. They have to force the tempo... as long as they don't let St. Louis turn the game into a slow motion half court grind, they should win outright. 5 points is a steal i.m.o.

Alright, I'm gonna throw a little bit on each of the above three leans (combined value of two standard bets). That plus my slightly bigger V Tech bet is all I have locked in today (so far, but I'm looking over a few final things).
Good luck to all today!

If you have an account at The Greek, it's -19.5 there right now.
Interesting take on Duquesne. They'd definitely be my lean as well catching that many points, especially considering how many StL games come down to the wire. But it's also interesting that you mentioned they've been pumping up the pace as of late, as Crus indicated the same thing and is on the OVER in that one (albeit he got it at 124) as a big play. I'll have to dig in a bit more but I like the direction you're going there.

For those reasons, I originally leaned over in this game as well. I am just nervous that Majerus will find a way to keep the Dukes possessions to a minimum. I do expect Duquesne to try to keep St Louis running, but the big fella on the sidelines is a master. I see this game playing out one of 2 ways:
A) The Dukes are successful at dictating the tempo and they win outright by 10 and the total soars over.
B) Majerus finds a way to keep it slow and it comes down to the buzzer and a possible under, but very close to the #.
In either one of my predicted situations, the Dukes cover, hence my play.
Just can't see St Louis wining big tonight. Definitely lean over, but the side is stronger for me.
Let me know what you land on, DMON

Kaufee-
Definitely think you have the right side here. Not 100% sure if I'm going to play it, but there's a pretty decent chance I put a small bet on it here in the next few minutes.
Regardless of whatever I end up doing or not doing, I'll be pulling hard for you all the way!

Alright boys and girls, I'm heading out for a few hours and won't be able to follow the rest of the action. Hopefully when I get back there will be some winners to enjoy. Best of luck to all of you. As the wise philosopher Randy Moss once said, "Straight cash, homey."

not sure if you jumped on Duquesne or not... but they're down 8 with 6 min left. F'n Majerus!!! It's playing out exactly like he planned. Win or lose, this is the last time I bet against him.
My lady is dragging me out... she thinks she gets to celebrate her b-day all week.
BOL with all the games DMON. Let's see if Duquesne can get within that number!! I'll be looking for your plays tomorrow.

Just got home and get to see a nice little 3-1 sitting here for me. 3-0 on the Ivy plays and apparently lost a pretty close one on V Tech (it's probably better I didn't have to see that one). All in all, I'll take it and I'll take a 6-3 week going into Sunday. I'll start looking at the Sunday games momentarily to see if there's anything I like. Looking to finish the week off strong!
