I hope so. Go Maize and Blue
Why would Fab Five go away?
How many starters from Michigan played for Michigan in their Freshman year?
All their starters are NIL. Modern college sports are garbage.

They not going anywhere, they will always be famous for not winning a chip with all that talent. They still was awesome to watch but good for them for still being relevant after all these years.

Is there any other team famous for 30 years for being runner up twice? We still talk about the Buffalo Bills but its not positive.

They were overrated too, rose couldn’t shoot, Webber strong and big but offensively limited imthe 2 guys on the wing were slashers not shooters and I never cared for Howard’s game. But they were all freshman which was pretty special at the time

I'm happy for the players getting paid but I don't have to like garbage. If you like garbage, that's your choice.
Golden Age of College sports ended when amateurs and pros started coexisting.
Players and coaches actually had to earn championships back in the days. This day and age, you can just buy them.
If it wasn't for sportbetting, I would never even bother with sports anymore. Heck I don't even watch most of the games.
But if you still enjoy the thrill with this garbage, good for you. Teams like the Fab Five, UNLV, Duke, and Kentucky teams of the 90s will always be talked about since they had characters and flavor.

I have adapted. There are no longer academic suspensions, suspensions for taking improper benefits, and schools having arms races building new facilities. When I watch I never think about what any player is making. The game is the same to me. Its no different than seniors graduating and freshman coming in. Everything else is just fluff.
