Temple Owls (19-10; 15-12 ATS; 13-13-1 O/U) vs. Tulane Green Wave (10-20; 9-14-1 ATS; 14-10 O/U)

temple 90th, winning record

tulane 224th, under .500 losing record

temple #1 seed in acc tourney

tulane last place in acc.  Has lost 4 in a row, 9 out of 11 lost. 

temple both offense and defense is too far match up than tulane.  Temple defense is legit.  If tulane can get to 65 points, I will tip my hat to them in their LOST.

• 7-1 ATS in their last 8 road games vs. a team with a losing home record.

Tulane

• 1-7-1 ATS in their last 9 games following a straight up loss.
• 1-8-1 ATS in their last 10 games vs. a team with a winning straight up record.
• 0-6-1 ATS in their last 7 games vs. teams with a winning percentage above .600.

Here is the advantage.  Although Temple is #1 seed, they are really in the bubble for the tourney.   This game here is their last chance to show off to the committee that they are a team that should be included in the tourney. 

So what does that mean?  IT means no mercy rule.  If temple is going to win, they will try to blow the poor pissing team of tulane out of the water at any chance possible.  I say double digit win so -6 is a discount.  If you can't beat and cover a team like tulane then you do not deserve to be in the tourney.

My guess is we will have a surplus of votes for Temple -6 and they will probably lose outright but best of luck,not trying to be a downer,yes Temple needs to win and most will say they win big playing a garbage team but I hate these 6 pt spreads,seems too often that the dog wins outright but gL

USC, I have been coming to this thread since the beginning and have made tons of money with everyones solid write ups and insight.  You deserve tons of credit for great picks but also taking the time to put this thread together and organize it so well.  It was a positive winning formula and I thank you for all you have done and truly hope to see you on here again soon!

Holmey!!?? Stop being a little biaaatch. You do a fantastic job with this thread. Your are helping out the masses. We all have some duds from time to time. Thats sports betting. The nature of the beast. I missed way left on my $$$$ play Sat with JMU . Completely miss read that game. I know I at least cost Jack Ryan some green yesterday and maybe some others including my self. Sorry Jack. Now I am out of the top ten at 5-3 and it sucks but ya know what I am coming back stronger and harder on my next play because thats what we do. So buck up little camper and put your big boy pants on and shake that Cal play off. Move on from it and keep rolling with us. I did go 11-7 yesterday hitting my 2 biggest play in Rutgers and UNC for a Nickle 

continuation from my last post: 11-7 All thanks to this thread! Would have gone 9-7 with out the thread. I pick and choose some plays of some of the better cappers and mix in some of my own. So keep doing what your doing man it helps.

Hey holmey, hope you are reconsidering your withdrawal from this thread that you created.  

Also look at UAB -11 @  FAU yesterday.  There were probably less than 500 people in that gym.  UAB had nothing to play for, got up 16 and then coasted the last 7 mins of game.  They almost lost that game outright.  Temple has absolutely nothing to play for here and if you're betting on the game you better hope that Tulane will just completely roll over.

So is the thread shut down until fall or is somebody going to invest some time and effort to keep it held together??? Along with everyone on here this is where I go to see if my leans are correct. When I see boobowski or jimco on my top play then the confidence grows. Or a new guy has a great write up like I believe his name was bob something on that Rutgers pick yesterday. That was awesome man. And all of this is possible bc of holmely works at it and provides and positive thread. I knew he was shutting it down soon and I personally don't have the time but would love to roll this into mlb. Somebody step up please and keep this money train moving down the tracks. If not... BTW, I rather enjoyed and looked forward to this thread so I hope you reconsider and continue starting it until the season ends.

Mannnnnn. Holm in UFC, baby girl couldn't hold it down. Anyways will someone continue this wonderful thread. We all agree that it does benefit all of us. I wished I had extra time out of my day to do this but I work retail so my hours would not permit. Thank you USC Holmey for starting this. See you around buddy. Temple backers...I would watch early part of the game and see how both teams show up...right away you could tell Cal was in trouble...and you could have gotten them a lot cheaper and covered...if Temple comes out strong, you might miss the boat but they might cool off too, but at least you either win or don't lose...

Holmey!!! Thanks for everything. I was up over a grand this week before yesterday. LOL cal was up by 6 with seconds left and then the garbage 3 pointer. Chit happens like that to someone every day. I remember years ago winning a football bet with the winning team lining up to kick a meaningless field goal with seconds left only to have it blocked and returned for a touchdown by opposing team for a blown cover, Unfreaking believable. This thread is solely responsible for my winning the past couple of weeks. BUT we cant win them all!!!! Just that simple.
