Mick Cronin can yell all he wants, but that yelling should be directed at the AD or whoever set up this brutal scheduling for them. Lincoln, Nebraska on Saturday, back to LA for game on Tuesday, then all the way across the country for game at Maryland on Friday. All 3 games vs likely NCAA tourney teams.....that's a brutal 6-day stretch. I was liking Maryland but don't wanna give up 5 points. Good luck!

I like Maryland ML, but not giving 5 pts against a team who I think will come ready for all out physical war , both teams tough tenacity towards defense...

I agree with Wisky, but if I'm a player on UCLA I would be "F you" to Cronin. I think he is a weasel. He had to put in "I've won 499 games...I have nothing to prove." He threw his players under the bus. That's not how to lead people. I have no skin in the game, but I hope they freaking lose bad. Maryland has been tough at home too.
This is not a personal attack. You have been fire and helped many including myself. I just think Cronin is a turd.

As someone who has managed his HS and college bball team and worked for 2 nba teams, Cronin threw a molotov Cocktail into his locker room.
With NIL, Agents, More aggressive parents, kids who are not as tough imho since my days from 1984-93, I wouldn't touch this game until the first TV timeout.
I want to see how UCLA acts...normally, I'd be all over this side but with the LA fires too, I have no idea what I'm getting.

That was my exact same thinking after he had that press conference. In the past i would say it would have worked, but todays kids dont give a rats ass about being motivated by a coach dissing them. I was thinking they might come out and stick it to the coach, just to show him, they have the true power. Kids today are very me me me
