BET365 is likely the biggest book in the world and they can handle large bets that do not move the line....I am up here in Canada and use them, as most of my friends do as well now because I can bet online a lot more .....they are offshore but its slower and harder to get money out at times but plausible to do so. A friend has about $36K in his account and I know when he gets his over $20K, he pulls money and will do so or has soon....and he has done it in other years.
Just a suggestion for you to consider.....but not sure if your U.S. state home site allows you to do that

How many times have you heard people say or u might have even said it.
If he has something this good or can do what he claims,,,,, why would he need to sale the plays?
Why wouldn't he just bet them himself and make all the money he can get down.
I say,,,,,, that is mostly correct. But I also add, why would he in turn post those same plays on a public forum and simply not just bet them himself and make all the money.
If one of those things are correct, then both are correct.
But the other thing is this. In today's betting world, if your good, you are going to be shown the door at a lot of places. It gets harder and harder to get down large amounts. So turning to the sale of plays would be a way to make money when your cutoff from your bets.
There is a lot to this stuff, when u win.
