Can’t see back to back March Madness tourney getting cancelled. Sprinkled some future plays in considering no one team is less than 10/1. Honestly can’t see anyone else challenge these 4...Kentucky, Kansas, Mich State, Virginia all lost a lot of key players.Think I locked in some great value for the 4 teams in 2021!

Zags -Their year this year. IMO, this team is more talented than LY, even w/ the departure of Petrusev. I think Ballo & Watson are more physical players in the paint. Frosh guards Suggs is a very talented freshman coming in along with Dominick Harris (very underrated )...imo Suggs is a 1st rd NBA player and Harris is prob a mid 2nd NBA prospect.
Watch out for...Michigan State. Not sure Langford’s status, but seems like he’s on pace to return. Also love Watts and Henry. They could possibly have the best backcourt trio in the league. Bigs concern me a lot but it’s usually a guard driven that wins Championships (hence why I left out Iowa)
Season in only about a month away. One of my favorite sports to analyze.

They return senior starters Ayayi and Kispert, plus Watson and Timme who started some games last year. I think last years transfer Senior guards (Gilder and Woodridge) were soft defensively and couldn’t score around the perimeter.
Now they bring in 2 of the best freshmen guards in the country who can shoot the three, penetrate, and play defense? Yikes. Also loaded w/ a couple 7’ in Balo and Zhakarov. Team will be one of 4 #1 seed in the tourney.

iowa hawkeyes have my attention. that team has so much rapport, with so many guys who have played better and better with each other every year. they have a great chance to make the final four in my eyes. like baylor as well. good luck this year!
No team is as good as it looks when winning nor are they as bad as they look when losing

Looking @ Iowa again.... They’re a solid veteran lead team. Only thing concerning is their Defense. Rated #97 in 19’ and #73 in 20’ via KP. Uptick on improvement. White boys are pretty discipline and could be a solid contender come Final 4.

West Virginia I think will be a 1 or 2 seed come March with basically their entire core coming back. Just need a little offensive improvement from last year (which won’t be hard to do). +3300 is a great price for them.

I would agree 100% with taking a look at Iowa and Illinois. Iowas defense is suspect for sure, but they can score with anyone. Both Iowa and Illinois return a alot from good squads last year, and will be battle tested come tourney time after Big 10 play. If UNC can get solid PG play, they may be a flier (very biased pick, but worth a look).

Thanks for your input Fazz. As much as I like Huggins and this years bigs in the paint w/ Ndiyae and Culver, I really think their guards and bench could be outmatched by many other teams. I really see a “small” value or reward with this years squad and leaving them out of my big board.

Richmond senior squad was my favorite play sleeper before team captain Sherod’s seasons ending injury. Their value dropped on my value board, but I think guards Gilyard and Francis can still help pick up the slack & get this squad in the tourney.

Illinois will definitely be strong contenders in the B10. They played great 1/2 court ball last year and move the ball really well. Only concern is not sure how Underwood can keep his cool on that sidelines when his team needs him most. I really look at the composure w/ coaches and unfortunately, Underwood shows very little of that. B10 Conference champ sleeper for sure... but tourney could be a challenging and different environment for this young squad.
