18 mph wind...25+mph gusts...you can play offense in wind and / or rain/snow..... but not in wind....all running games today and very good D's on both sides... its 40.5 but i bought the hook at bookmaker just in case a 27-14 or 24-17 type score

Good luck with the philly play. Was also interested to get your thoughts on Gonzaga/San Fran. They usually play them close but 13.5 seems a couple points off the line no?

3- commentary in pregame
4- there are these things called flags around the stadium that are blowing because of something else, which is moving air, called wind
5- did you see the first pass that foles threw? It completely stopped based on the "wind" 
6-local weather webcams showing said wind
