BOL on your football today and I look forward to the game you decide to use to complete that Parlay!!!

in2it....you never emailed/message me about the cryptos bud!  now is the time if ever....a solid correction in the market and the Korea news will be clarified and pass and the cryptos will rebound strong...just watch

it's insane how much faster Kraken is....

despite the 3 or so days that the site was completely unreachable because of 'maintenance', it is way way faster and trades not only get placed, but also execute, much faster...

    I'm back to being happy...

just bought another batch of XRP at 1.58$

This correction in cryptos is pretty crazy overblown.

    Just bought 2 ether at 1075, .5 btc at 10500, 3000 xlm at .000035 xbt (.40), and 3000 more xrp at 1.25.

I think we will look back in a few days, a week, a month and laugh they all got this low.......

We shall see what type of manipulation is occurring.

Holding on regardless of news, even if US pulls regulation like Korea did. Long term this technology is here to stay and grow!

it's 348 AM PST....xrp just went back to 1.50 from 1.30 level very fast with a lot of volume....
bitcoin jumped 400 in 20 minutes, if that. ether 150 in same timeframe...

this crypto market is volatile, to say the least,

have to have the stomach, and the money to dollar cost average in and continually hold, which I have both, being a stock trader and investor and manager.

Agree on Kraken...way better...rough waiting to see if they had pulled tent stakes, but much smoother over there now.

I like the correction. Shake some dust out. Make sure the real money stays.

    I'm a buyer.

Syracuse just lost for tough games they could have won three of them.
They will play hard tonight ! Not my style to lay 171/2 points but it is the right side.

Interesting article on CNBC says that Ripple has been selling 300 million XRP's a month since mid 2016.   It's like they're basically printing money since they own almost 60 billion XRP's.

If they continue at the current rate, they would be adding 3.6 billion XRP's into circulation each year.  60 divided by 3.6 would be 16.67 years until we reach 100 billion XRP's in circulation.

Not sure how much longer I'll be holding this.  I may sell on the next up tik and wait for another selloff.

no plays today, havent had time to look and I won't 'force' anything nor pass along sub-par picks without research

    and no picks yesterday...

no time to read / reply messages or posts in this thread, will be back tomorrow

worked all day yesterday trading and on getting money in to buy low on cryptos across the board, eth, bitcoin cash, xrp, xlm, these swings are magical for traders but also dangerous for emotional, novice investors

i believe we will really laugh after this 'shake-out' and significant correction is done, we shall see

i was lucky to get some at .98 yesterday and .93 this morning, and eth at below 800, which is nuts; it's back to 875$ as i type this

all cryptos bounced hard off certain levels after all breaking higher support....we will see if they hold the new support levels... who knows.... but long term the blockchain tech is here to stay

*** BUY / INVEST / BET within yourself and your own means ***  I am an investor and financial manager full time and so I know the ups and downs markets take....this correction clear out the weak hands....  I am buying for short / mid /long term and because i don't need the money for living /day to day expenses....and i have a stomach for the risk and swings....if you don't have an appetite for the risk, just like betting, dont invest or bet!!!.  just be careful .....

    GOOD LUCK EVERYONE

But cryptocurrencies have gotten a favorable reception from Mark Cuban, who said that fans of the Dallas Mavericks, which he owns, would be able to purchase tickets with bitcoin. “And we will be taking Ether as well,” Cuban told Bloomberg News. “As far as tokens, we will be taking tokens originated by companies [where] we have business relationships.” Cuban was prompted to make the announcement after a Twitter user asked if his franchise would accept bitcoin.

Here is a question I have with XRP.  Ripple is selling 300 million XRPs a month and putting it into circulation.  Let's say for the sake of argument that XRP hits $3.30 again which is it's all-time high.  Ripple will sell 300 million XRPs, so that's $990 million dollars that they're taking out and putting it into their bank account every month.

Investors have to buy up $990 million to keep the price at $3.30.  It becomes more as the price gets higher and we're talking about having to do this every month.  That is $11.88 billion dollars a year at the $3.30 price.

How is this even sustainable?  If anything, if feels like a pyramid scheme.

Where did you read they are putting that much into circulation? I read they have the option to do something like that.

Ripple has the ability to sell up to 1 billion XRPs a month if they wanted to.  They have been selling an average of 300 million XRPs since mid-2016. Keep in mind that in 2016 and most of 2017, XRPs were worth pennies or less.  Now it's worth $1.70, so you can understand my concern about the cost of dilution if they were to continue adding 300 million XRPs into circulation every month.
