Normally, Toronto +7 makes sense. But big difference in motivation between Toronto and Winnipeg. At home, Winnipeg is usually exceptional in revenge games both straight up and against point spread. Triple motivation from losing against Hamilton and Toronto in previous meetings plus looming threat of BC. However line changed from Toronto +3 to +7 after rumor of quarterback change. Toronto lost one game with top quarterback out against Calgary. After clinching east division, Toronto can afford to lose games by resting players and experimenting with back-ups. No meaningful games until the playoffs.
All valid points gentlemen and the game might play out that way. It's what should happen.
Still, let's not forget Mike O'Shea is a Trickster Coach. Does he play all of his starters and for how long.
These 2 teams will likely meet in the Grey Cup. They will not want to show their hands this week.

When I was younger I would have picked up on WPG this week and after words wondered what happened, lol.
Sure maybe TOR goes out West and lays a goose egg BUT I am not so sure.
I have done well this season so I am willing to risk 1.1 units on a game I would have, in the past, taken WPG minus the points.
I feel O'Shea will wait for the Grey Cup to make his statement, not Friday night.
