How the DraftKings Promo Code Offer Works
This welcome bonus is available to new customers, and no DraftKings promo code is required to activate it. Customers make a minimum $5 deposit and place a qualifying wager of at least $5 on any sports betting market. The NFL Week 9 slate, starting with Jacksonville at Baltimore on Thursday, is a convenient target for that first bet, which counts as day 1 of the offer.
Whether the first wager wins or loses, the customer qualifies for the full bonus. For example, if a customer bets $5 on a Week 9 game and the bet wins, the customer still receives the bonus bets in addition to any cash winnings. If the bet loses, the customer still receives the same bonus bets.
The $200 arrives as eight $25 bonus bets, plus a code for the NBA League Pass trial. Key terms include:
- Available to new customers in AR, AZ, CO, CT, DC, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NH, NY, OH, OR, PA, PR, TN, VA, VT, WY and WV.
- Two $25 bonus bets are issued instantly after the qualifying wager, and two more $25 bonus bets are issued every seven days for 21 days via click-to-claim.
- Bonus bets expire seven days from issuance.
- The stake is not included in any winnings derived from bonus bets.
- The promotion includes a three-month trial of NBA League Pass and expires Nov. 29, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET.

DraftKings takes a strong stance on responsible gaming, offering several tools designed to help bettors stay within their means. These include weekly deposit and betting limits, as well as a self-exclusion option.
DraftKings has also expanded its responsible gaming resources with DK Safer Play, which allows bettors to track and interact with their account activity to better understand their betting habits. The operator also launched My Budget Builder, a tool that allows bettors to set customized limits and reminders to manage spending across its online betting products. The feature is part of DraftKings' broader effort to give users more control over their betting activity and promote responsible play.
