How the DraftKings Promo Code Offer Works
New customers do not need a DraftKings promo code to receive this welcome bonus. Simply sign up, make a minimum $5 deposit and place a qualifying wager of at least $5 on any sports betting market. For this article, the Patriots at Bears game on Thursday Night Football is treated as your first qualifying bet, or Day 1 of the offer.
Your first bet does not need to win to unlock the bonus. If your $5 wager on Patriots at Bears wins, you collect your payout as usual, and the bonus bets are still issued. If your wager loses, you still receive the full welcome bonus, since no DraftKings promo code is needed and the bonus depends only on placing the bet.
The $200 arrives as eight $25 bonus bets. You receive two $25 bonus bets instantly after your qualifying wager, then two more every seven days for 21 days through a click-to-claim process. Customers also get a code for a three-month free trial of NBA League Pass.
- Available to new customers in AR, AZ, CO, CT, DC, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NH, NY, OH, OR, PA, PR, TN, VA, VT, WY and WV.
- A minimum $5 deposit and a $5 qualifying wager are required.
- Bonus bets expire seven days from issuance.
- The stake is not included in any winnings derived from bonus bets.
- The promotion expires Nov. 29, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET.

DraftKings takes a strong stance on responsible gaming, offering several tools designed to help bettors stay within their means. These include weekly deposit and betting limits, as well as a self-exclusion option.
DraftKings has also expanded its responsible gaming resources with DK Safer Play, which allows bettors to track and interact with their account activity to better understand their betting habits. The operator also launched My Budget Builder, a tool that allows bettors to set customized limits and reminders to manage spending across its online betting products. The feature is part of DraftKings' broader effort to give users more control over their betting activity and promote responsible play.
