How the DraftKings Promo Code Offer Works
Here is how the DraftKings promo code offer works for new customers. No DraftKings promo code is required, so you only need to sign up, deposit and wager. Your qualifying bet counts as day 1 of the offer, and you can place it on any sports betting market, including Wednesday's NBA doubleheader, World Series Game 5 or the Carolina at Green Bay game to open NFL Week 8.
Your first bet qualifies whether it wins or loses. For example, if you place a $5 wager on Wednesday's World Series Game 5 and it wins, you still receive the full bonus bet package, and your winnings are paid out in cash. If that wager loses, you still get the same bonus bets.
Key terms and conditions of the welcome offer:
- The offer is open to new customers in AR, AZ, CO, CT, DC, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NH, NY, OH, OR, PA, PR, TN, VA, VT, WY and WV.
- A minimum $5 deposit and a qualifying wager of at least $5 are required.
- You receive two $25 bonus bets instantly, then two more $25 bonus bets every seven days for 21 days via click-to-claim, totaling $200 in bonus bets.
- The stake is not included in any winnings derived from the bonus bets.
- Bonus bets expire seven days from issuance.
- You also receive a code for a three-month trial of NBA League Pass.
- The promotion expires on Nov. 29, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET.

DraftKings takes a strong stance on responsible gaming, offering several tools designed to help bettors stay within their means. These include weekly deposit and betting limits, as well as a self-exclusion option.
DraftKings has also expanded its responsible gaming resources with DK Safer Play, which allows bettors to track and interact with their account activity to better understand their betting habits. The operator also launched My Budget Builder, a tool that allows bettors to set customized limits and reminders to manage spending across its online betting products. The feature is part of DraftKings' broader effort to give users more control over their betting activity and promote responsible play.
