Czechia vs South Africa goal scorer prediction: Pavel Sulc

Pick made by Sam Farley

The Lyon man can drift in from the left flank and directly attack a South African defense that was shaky in the first game. He had one shot that registered on target against South Korea, but given his form for Lyon this season, with 14 goals, he could bag one here.

His ability to play layoffs and one-twos gets him into dangerous positions, and his finishing is a difference maker, particularly given that he’s dangerous at long range too.

Switzerland vs Bosnia goal scorer prediction: Dan Ndoye

Pick made by James Eastham

Dan Ndoye was a guilty party in Switzerland’s 1-1 opener vs Qatar: he had six attempts on goal, but only two were on target, and his xG of 0.40 points towards some questionable final-third decision-making.

With a little more composure, the 25-year-old could be the danger man. He has a good understanding with center-forward Breel Embolo, and ghosts smartly into central scoring positions.

Embolo (+125) is a more obvious threat as Switzerland look to go deep in the World Cup bracket. If he can occupy Bosnia’s occasionally static center-backs, Ndoye will be the primary beneficiary.

Back Nottingham Forest winger Ndoye to score at any price up to +220.

Canada vs Qatar goal scorer prediction: Ismael Kone

Pick made by Chris Vasile

Ismael Kone offers intriguing value after helping spark Canada's second-half push against Bosnia and Herzegovina. The midfielder repeatedly won the ball in dangerous areas, drove play forward, and brought much-needed energy to a Canadian attack that looked stagnant for long stretches.

That profile could be especially important against Qatar. The visitors are expected to sit deep, stay compact, and force Canada to break them down in crowded areas. In those types of matches, goals often come from a moment of individual quality — either a strike from distance or a late run into the box.

Kone is capable of providing both. He has the athleticism to arrive unnoticed in dangerous positions and the confidence to test goalkeepers from outside the area. If Canada finds a breakthrough on Thursday, don't be surprised if Kone is heavily involved. At 13 cents, the value is difficult to ignore.

Mexico vs South Korea goal scorer prediction: Julian Quinones

Pick made by Jason Ence

When Julián Quiñones scored the opening goal of World Cup 2026, he became the first Colombian-born player ever to score a World Cup goal for another nation.

He began his professional career at Tigres before joining Atlas, a club based in the same city hosting Thursday’s match. It was at Atlas where his career took off, scoring 36 goals in 83 matches and helping them win two titles after a 70-year drought.

Quiñones has the kind of dribbling and technical ability that can break down a 5-4-1 setup like South Korea employs. He’s also in outstanding form, having scored 33 gols this season in the Saudi Pro League.

He shouldn’t be priced north of +200, so this presents strong value.
