WNBA All-Star Game MVP predictions

My best bet
Napheesa Collier to win All-Star MVP (+320 at FanDuel)

My analysis
Napheesa Collier knows a thing or two about winning most valuable player awards.

From earning AAC Tournament MVP in 2019, FIBA Europe SuperCup Women MVP in 2023, WNBA Commissioner's Cup MVP in 2024 — Collier goes all out no matter where she is.

Oh, and let's talk about her being an integral part of the creation of the Unrivaled women's basketball league and capturing the MVP award for that as well.

Simply put, the seven-year veteran racks up MVPs as if she were Thanos collecting Infinity Stones.

I'm taking Collier to add another one to her collection as Team Collier takes on Team Clark in Saturday's All-Star showdown.

Collier has been leading the charge for the Minnesota Lynx, putting the league on notice with the WNBA's best record (20-4) and it won't take a one-off midsummer game to knock her off of her competitive nature.

Collier leads the league in points with an average of 23.2, and after hitting a slight rough patch due to nursing a lower back injury, Minnesota's star is back in her groove.

She's been on a heater heading into the break after scoring 26 and 29 points against the Chicago Sky in the past week, which showed signs of her normal game.

I expect Collier to bring that same intensity Saturday night, putting her squad on her back to claim her first-ever All-Star MVP.
