Today's best WNBA player props bets
Angel Reese Over 25.5 points+rebounds+assists (-135 at bet365)
Home-court advantage isn’t something Angel Reese has employed this season. Statistically, she’s been more productive on the road than at home, and today’s matchup at Connecticut offers an excellent opportunity for her to rack up counting stats.
Reese has averaged four points, 11 rebounds, and 2.7 assists at home compared to 13.5, 12.2, and 2.7 marks on the road, respectively. She’s cleared the Over on this combo line in five of six away from home, racking up 24 PRA in the other.
Reese has averaged 24.8 PRA as a whole, but she’s failed to go for 26 PRA in any of her home games. The Sun have allowed the second-most points and fourth-most rebounds, making this an attractive matchup for the W’s leading rebounder.
Marina Mabrey Over 17.5 points (-115 at bet365)
Marina Mabrey has flourished in her role as Connecticut’s go-to option on offense, averaging a career-high 17.1 points per game in her second season with the Sun. Over the last seven games, she’s been even better as a scorer, dropping 19.4 ppg and going for at least 18 four times.
Chicago hasn’t proven itself to be a defensive powerhouse, allowing the most points per game and the second-most 3-pointers to opponents.
Mabrey’s 31.5% mark from beyond the arc is the worst since her rookie campaign, but she’s attempting a career-high 8.1 triples per game.
Chicago has allowed opponents to shoot 35.5% from long range, which could mean an improvement in efficiency for Mabrey.
The Sun guard has turned it on at home. Over her last two at Mohegan Sun Arena, she’s scored 34 and 19 while knocking down 41.2% of her 3-point tries.
Jackie Young Over 29.5 points+rebounds+assists (-130 at bet365)
Jackie Young has been tremendous over her last two games, averaging 31 points, 6.5 boards, and 3.5 dimes, good for 41 PRA. In those two games, she posted PRA totals of 36 and 46, easily clearing her line for today’s matchup with Phoenix.
Young’s last two games were played at home, and she’s been excellent at Michelob ULTRA Arena. In five games played on the road, Young has tallied just 18.6 PRA compared to 36.4 in Vegas.
Young’s home/road splits are particularly notable, but even more notable is the absence of superstar and reigning MVP A’ja Wilson. Wilson will miss a second straight game due to a concussion, offering Young additional opportunities to score, rebound, and facilitate.
