The Minnesota Lynx have taken out their frustration from last year’s WNBA Finals, winning all three matchups against the New York Liberty this season – and we get the fourth installment tonight at Barclays Center.

Minnesota outlasted New York for a gritty 86-80 victory at the weekend, and my Lynx vs. Liberty predictions signal more of the same here, with the visitors continuing to surge despite the absence of Napheesa Collier, who’s listed as doubtful.

Lynx vs Liberty predictions

My Lynx vs Liberty best betLynx +3 (-110 at bet365)

The Minnesota Lynx just keep churning out wins on this 2025 revenge tour, and they’ve got the defending champs in their sights again tonight.

While the New York Liberty have stumbled lately without Breanna Stewart, Minnesota has shown its depth and resilience to pad the win column while waiting for Napheesa Collier’s return, and I’ll gladly take the points with the Lynx here.

Minnesota has won six on the bounce, and nine of its last 10 outings, with Courtney Williams and Kayla McBride stepping up in big spots. That’s in stark contrast to what we’ve seen lately from the Liberty, who are 4-6 in their past 10 contests and just 1-8-1 ATS in that span.

The Lynx looked increasingly comfortable in this matchup during the 2024 WNBA Finals – and that’s carried over this year on the way to three victories, all by 6+ points.

They covered the spread in both battles with New York this month and held Sabrina Ionescu to a combined 9-for-31 shooting line. If that trend continues, the Liberty are toast.

Though New York has an impressive 13-4 mark at home this season, Minnesota’s 11-4 road record jumps off the screen and I prefer to count on the visitors’ balanced offense in this one as they try to sweep the season series.

Lynx vs Liberty same-game parlay (SGP)

Lynx +3

Kayla McBride Over 15.5 points

Sabrina Ionescu Over 4.5 assists

Kayla McBride knocked down the clutch 3-pointer to sink the Liberty on Saturday, finishing with 17 points despite struggling with her shot, and I’m taking the Over on 15.5 points here.

McBride has nailed this prop in all three contests against New York this year.

Sabrina Ionescu is coming off a quiet playmaking game at the weekend, but I anticipate a bounce-back performance tonight.

She’s averaging 5.3 APG in 2025 and is so often the source of easy buckets for Jonquel Jones, Natasha Cloud and Leonie Fiebich.
