The Las Vegas Aces will look to run their winning streak to four straight as they visit the undefeated Atlanta Dream on Sunday afternoon.

Las Vegas has too much offensive firepower for Atlanta, which is why I’m taking it to win again in my Aces vs. Dream predictions.

Aces vs Dream prediction

Aces vs Dream best bet: Aces -2.5 (-110)

The Las Vegas Aces may have looked lost in their home opener, but they’ve been the same dominant team we remember from last season ever since.

Whether that first performance was due to a championship hangover or not, the Aces have taken it to its three road opponents since then, outscoring them by an average of 23 points.

The Atlanta Dream have won their first two games, but are only shooting 40.1% from the field. Even outstanding rebounding won’t be enough to make up the gap against a Las Vegas team that ranks second in offensive rating (110.8) this season.

The Aces will score too many points for the Dream to stay in this game, making Las Vegas the play.

Covers COVERS INTEL: The Dream rank second-worst in the WNBA in true shooting percentage so far this season at 51.6%.

Aces vs Dream same-game parlay

The Aces have been playing high-scoring basketball this season, averaging 92.5 ppg so far over their first four games.

That’s unlikely to change today, as both Las Vegas and Atlanta like to play quickly, each ranking in the top six in the WNBA in pace. Those early trends are pushing me to the Over in this game.

I’m also backing Chennedy Carter to score Over 13.5 points against the Dream. Carter (19.3 ppg) has now scored 18+ points in three straight games and continues to get solid minutes as the Aces use her for instant offense off the bench.

When she’s on the court, she has a massive 31.5% usage rate, one of the top 10 marks in the WNBA. That role makes her an easy play at a relatively low scoring total today.

Aces vs Dream first basket scorer: Allisha Gray (+700)

Betting on A'ja Wilson is never an awful idea in first basket markets, but her odds are too tight for my liking. And while Angel Reese may be a popular betting target for both lovers and haters, she’s not the primary scoring option for the Dream.

That takes me down the board a bit to find value in Allisha Gray. Already a proven scorer who has averaged 15+ ppg in each of her last three seasons in Atlanta, she’s off the mark fast in 2026, putting up 26 and 24 points in her first two games.

Gray gets her hands on the ball during almost every possession, and leads the Dream in usage rate at 28.6%. She’s a bargain at +600 or better to score the first bucket of this game.

His betting strategy focuses more on finding line value based on deviations from the market rather than traditional handicapping, primarily shopping between DraftKings, FanDuel, and Fanatics in his home state of Connecticut, though he’s not afraid to do deep game analysis to find profitable bets at any book.

Outside of gambling, Ed is an avid curler who competes in mixed doubles on the World Curling Tour and runs a popular curling YouTube channel, Chess on Ice. That experience has come in handy during the Olympics, when he has proven to be a successful curling bettor as well.

Ed's advice to new bettors is to always open multiple sportsbook accounts and check the odds at each before placing any bet. Successful sports betting is about consistently beating the closing line value, which requires finding spots where one book is offering odds far better than the rest of the market and jumping on those opportunities.
