It's Week 4 in the UFL, and the Dallas Renegades and Orlando Storm are the last undefeated teams in the league.
Dallas will get a chance to move to 4-0 with a win over Columbus — the same team they beat last week, and the only team yet to hit the win column.
Orlando will try to stay unbeaten when they visit Birmingham, but I don't think that will happen.

Dallas Renegades vs Columbus Aviators
Friday, 8:00 p.m. ET, FOX
| Renegades | Aviators | |
|---|---|---|
| -5.5 | Spread | +5.5 |
| -270 | Moneyline | +220 |
| Over 47 | Total | Under 47 |
Columbus was the first team all year to hold Dallas under 30 points, but that wasn’t enough as the Renegades rolled 28-23.
Dallas QB Austin Reed leads the league with 763 passing yards and nine scores, while Tyler Vaughns has racked up 331 yards and four TD grabs already.
Columbus would love to play a ball-control game, as they rank second in the league in rush yards at 118 yards per contest, but their defense has them in catch-up mode.
The Aviators are allowing 33.5 points per game and 338 yards of offense, including a whopping 180 yards per game on the ground.
They’re also last in giveaways with seven, and that included a couple of lost fumbles against Dallas in Week 3.
This is setting up for more points Friday night.
Pick: Over 47 (-110 at bet365)
St. Louis Battlehawks vs D.C. Defenders
Saturday, 12:30 p.m. ET, ABC
| Battlehawks | Defenders | |
|---|---|---|
| +5 | Spread | -5 |
| +185 | Moneyline | -225 |
| Over 44.5 | Total | Under 44.5 |
These two opened the year in a 16-10 rockfight win by St. Louis, but these were the two highest scoring teams in the UFL in Week 3.
D.C. hammered Houston 45-7, their second straight 40+ point outburst, and the 38-point margin of victory is a new league record.
The Defenders stuck to the formula for a second straight week of running wild and wreaking havoc defensively.
They gained 164 yards on the ground, while Derick Roberson had two of the teams four sacks, and two of the teams seven total tackles for losses.
St. Louis, meanwhile, pulled off a major 21-point fourth quarter comeback against Birmingham to win 34-30.
The major development here is the emergence of QB Harrison Frost, who relieved an ineffective Brandon Silvers in and threw three second-half TDs for the come-from-behind win.
Frost is expected to start against D.C., so we’ll quickly see if he’s ready for primetime.
The Defenders don't have a ton of tape to work with, but their defense has been elite, even in the loss to St. Louis.
The scores might rise a little as they've each found offensive flow, but DC's defense is the difference-maker in this rivalry rematch.
Pick: Defenders -5 (-110 at bet365)
Orlando Storm vs Birmingham Stallions
Saturday, 4:00 p.m. ET, FOX
| Storm | Stallions | |
|---|---|---|
| +2.5 | Spread | -2.5 |
| +115 | Moneyline | -135 |
| Over 46 | Total | Under 46 |
The Stallions are hoping their home opener can help them shake the stink of that collapse to St. Louis last week.
They draw Orlando, who have built a 3-0 record with wins over Columbus and two over Louisville — two teams with exactly one win between them.
They’ve exploited bad defenses behind QB Jack Plummer, who’s third in the league in passing at 223 yards per game, with receiver Chris Rowland leading the league in catches and Elijhah Badger second in receiving yards.
Birmingham has dropped two straight, in games where they’ve had fourth quarter leads slip away.
It hasn’t helped that QB Matt Corral has thrown four interceptions the last two games, overshadowing his second-place ranks in passing yards and passing touchdowns.
I think Birmingham puts together a complete effort and exposes Orlando to stop its skid.
Pick: Stallions -2.5 (-110 at bet365)
