Cody Saftic dishes out his best UFC Freedom 250 parlay picks, headlined by Ilia Topuria remaining undefeated and retaining the lightweight belt.

History will be made on Sunday when the UFC octagon appears at the White House for the highly anticipated “Freedom 250” event in Washington.

Although it’s just a seven-fight card, it will feature some of the sport’s biggest names, including a main event showdown between lightweight champion Ilia Topuria and “human highlight” Justin Gaethje.

Current UFC odds have Topuria listed as a massive -600 favorite, and I expect him to handle business in my UFC Freedom 250 parlay and free betting picks for Sunday, June 14.

Best UFC Freedom 250 parlay picks

Ilia Topuria to win by TKO

Hokit/Lewis Under 1.5 total rounds

Bo Nickal moneyline

Diego Lopes moneyline

Ilia Topuria to win by TKO

At just 29 years old, Ilia Topuria has already cemented his status as a future Hall of Famer after winning world championships in two separate weight classes.

Currently riding an astonishing 17-fight win streak, he’s finished his last three opponents by knockout. This includes stoppage wins over Charles Oliveira, Max Holloway, and Alexander Volkanovski.

Justin Gaethje is 37 years old and entirely too hittable. Given how reckless the American can get, I foresee him getting slept within the first three rounds.

Josh Hokit/Derrick Lewis Under 1.5 total rounds

Josh Hokit might be a showman, but he fully understands that chasing a fun slugfest against Derrick Lewis would be a terrible decision.

Instead, I expect Hokit to shoot a takedown immediately, where he’ll have his way. Seven of his nine career wins are inside of 1.5 rounds, and he'll be eyeing a dominant performance that forces either a TKO or submission in the first round.

Now 41 years old, “The Black Beast” doesn’t seem to have any magic left in the tank, but if, for whatever reason, he does spring the massive upset, the Under will cover us on that side too.

Bo Nickal moneyline

Nobody can deny that Bo Nickal is a phenomenal athlete, but he’s yet to prove that he’s a phenomenal mixed martial artist. Fans might have turned sour on the former three-time DI National Champion, but I believe his best is yet to come.

After spending a lifetime wrestling, Nickal turned to MMA, where he’s only been fighting for four years. He’s starting to rack up legitimate experience, and it’s just a matter of time before he turns the corner and shows the world how good he can be.

Expect Sunday to be Nickal's coming-out party.

Diego Lopes moneyline

Diego Lopes is on a level above Steve Garcia. A former two-time UFC title challenger, Lopes will enjoy a step down in class in this matchup.

Although Garcia is ultra-fun to watch, he’s been matched up almost exclusively against fellow strikers, and I have a nagging suspicion that his grappling isn’t going to be enough to defend against the credentialed Lopes.

You could chase the Lopes submission prop, but the value on the moneyline is good enough for me.
