Aspinal vs Gane

Rohit Ponnaiya

Best bet: Aspinall by submission
+250 at BET99

Gane has good striking defense with excellent distance management, so Aspinall could have a tough time landing power punches. If that's the case, expect the champ to exploit Gane's terrible defensive grappling and submit him.

Nurmagomedov vs Bautista

Rohit Ponnaiya

Best bet: Nurmagomedov by decision
-175 at BET99

Bautista is a tough fighter with good conditioning and the ability to maintain a high pace for 15 minutes. I don't see him winning against Nurmagomedov who is just a bit sharper in every area, but his scrambling and durability are good enough to make it to the end of Round 3.

Jandiroba vs Dern

Danny Howard

Best bet: Over 4.5 rounds
-125 at BET99

Though these two boast impressive ground and submission skills, they are not finishers. Expect this fight to remain relatively low-key, even as it heads into the championship rounds and beyond.

Rakic vs Murzakanov

Chris Faria

Best bet: Over 2.5 rounds
-125 at BET99

The Serbian possesses a solid chin and, with his six-inch height and reach advantage, should be able to mostly avoid Murzakanov’s power.

On the other hand, Rakic also hasn’t had a finish of his own in nearly six years. The 15-0-0 Murzakanov has never been finished and displayed some good durability in his decision win over Dustin Jacoby.

Tony Sartori

Valter Walker moneyline

Mackenzie Dern moneyline

Tom Aspinall in round 1

+407 at BET99

After a questionable decision loss to Lukasz Brzeski in his UFC debut, Walker has found his rhythm and has finished each of his past three opponents in the first round.

All three victories came by heel hook, though Walker also carries serious knockout power. Six of his 14 professional wins have come via KO. Either way, UFC newcomer Louie Sutherland is walking into a nightmare matchup.

Dern and Jandiroba met nearly five years ago, and Dern handed her a second career loss. Dern proved to be the superior fighter across the board, and there’s little reason to believe this rematch unfolds differently.

Dern outpaced, outstruck, and outgrappled Jandiroba across three rounds in their first meeting. This being a five-round title fight also favors Dern, who has gone the full 25 minutes three different times in the UFC. Jandiroba has never entered deep waters in the UFC, which will surely not benefit her if the fight reaches that point.

Outside of the freak injury against Curtis Blaydes, Aspinall has dismantled everyone he’s faced. All eight of his UFC victories have come by finish, with seven of them coming in the opening round.

He hits like a truck and can just as easily snatch a submission.

It’s no wonder Jon Jones wants no part of him. At this point, there might not be a single active heavyweight capable of beating Aspinall, and this could be the start of a lengthy title reign.
