One of the most searched-for terms this time of year is "Super Bowl national anthem leak."
Much like an NFL coach leaving no stone unturned and seeking to gain any competitive advantage available, Super Bowl bettors devour any piece of inside information that they can get their hands on. Knowing how long the anthem will go ahead of the event itself is a bettor's dream.
Have we seen a leaked video for Charlie Puth’s anthem performance yet this week?
Below, we will dish out all of the current information available regarding Puth’s rendition for Super Bowl 60, and National Anthem odds.

Super Bowl national anthem leak
We have not yet seen a Charlie Puth national anthem video leak.
Rehearsal for the Super Bowl national anthem typically takes place on the Thursday or Friday before the event. So, we can pencil in a Puth practice session on February 5 or 6. Hopefully, someone slips the Levi's Stadium janitor a fresh Benjamin or two to get the inside scoop.
However, don’t be surprised if Puth, his handlers, or the NFL project a sped-up or slowed-down version of what Puth will actually perform. The national anthem Over/Under bet has become so popular that leaked rehearsals have become a major issue for sportsbooks that offer the novelty prop.
Charlie Puth national anthem video leaked?
We do not have much archival footage to look back on when it comes to Puth national anthems. Here is a video of Puth playing the national anthem, without vocals, back in 2021. The length of this version is just one minute and one second.
It would be highly unlikely that Puth would rush through the song that quickly on the biggest stage that there is. When vocals are added in, the song goes much longer.
The shortest national anthem on record came in 1998, when Jewel went just one minute and 27 seconds. Reba McEntire had a more recent accelerated anthem, as she lasted just one minute and 34 seconds two years ago.
Leaked Super Bowl national anthems
The most notable leaked Super Bowl national anthem came in 2021, when journalist Zach Maskavich captured video of the national anthem rehearsal two days prior to the event.
Maskavich timed the rehearsal at two minutes and 16 seconds, and of course, the official Super Bowl national anthem that year clocked in at exactly that length.
Las Vegas insider RJ Bell also cracked the anthem code back in 2019, when a cameraman he knew told him that anthem rehearsals were running at almost exactly two minutes. The Over/Under on the national anthem that year was set at just one minute and 50 seconds.
Sure enough, Gladys Knight went two minutes and one second that year.
