You can't keep a good man down. Seahawks receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba will showcase more of his offensive skills in the second half of Super Bowl 60.

Super Bowl 60 is off and running, kind of.

After one half of football, the Seattle Seahawks hold a 9-0 lead over the New England Patriots. Luckily, we’ve got 30 more minutes to cash some bets.

Here are my best second-half Seahawks vs. Patriots predictions for Super Bowl LX.

Super Bowl 60 second-half picks

Pick: Jaxon Smith-Njigba Over 35.5 receiving yards (-115 at DraftKings)

The NFL’s Offensive Player of the Year had a rough start to Super Bowl LX. He was targeted seven times and reeled in only one catch for four yards.

The New England Patriots aren't giving Sam Darnold his first read, and whenever he looks to Jaxon Smith-Njigba, the Pats have extra bodies around him. Darnold has opted for shorter throws to Cooper Kupp and TE A.J. Barner instead, as pressure closes in.

That said, the Seattle Seahawks are gaining traction with the rushing attack, and New England is gradually bringing in its safeties to help stop the run. That could open up a pass over the top for Smith-Njigba, who closed with his SBLX receiving prop at 93.5 yards O/U.

It’s tough to keep a player as good as JSN down for 60 minutes.

Pick: Hunter Henry Over 2.5 receptions (+100 at DraftKings)

The Seahawks' pass rush is hounding Drake Maye, preventing deeper strikes from developing. Most of his throws have been shorter shots toward the sideline.

Hunter Henry has been targeted only once, a high throw he couldn't wrangle (that could have been intercepted).

The Patriots are playing from behind in the second half, and offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels has to get his young QB going with some easy throws. Henry has always been his safety blanket, and we’ve seen Seattle susceptible to TEs this season.

Henry’s reception total closed at 3.5 (Over -135) before the start of the game. We can get Over 2.5 at EVEN money in the halftime Super Bowl odds.
