Not only did Slafkovsky rack up three points in Game 1, he and linemates Nick Suzuki and Cole Caufield were the only trio to drive five-on-five possession with a 63.3 Corsi For percentage. The Hurricanes are going to push back Saturday, but I’m still expecting the Habs to generate offense, and Slafkovsky has dipped his toes in scoring waters to the tune of three goals and five assists across the past six games.
Jackson Blake o0.5 Goals Scored (+290)
Blake paces the Hurricanes in expected goals this postseason (4.02), and he was also tops in the metric in Game 1 against the Habs. Blake and linemates Logan Stankoven and Taylor Hall posted an impressive 67.7 CF% at five-on-five, too, so the long +290 price tag has my attention because I'd price this prop in the +240 range.
