The Toronto Argonauts and Hamilton Tiger-Cats have been Under machines as of late. The Argos have hit the Under in five straight games, while the Tiger-Cats have hit it in six of their last seven. On a wet day in Toronto, with Hamilton relying on its backup QB, it's going to be difficult for either of the teams to approach 30 points.
The Hamilton Tiger-Cats aren't the same team without Bo Levi Mitchell, and have struggled on the road against competent offense. Hamilton has slipped to second-to-last in PPG (23.7) and could struggle to keep up with a Toronto Argonauts team averaging 29.4 PPG. As long as Chad Kelly doesn't turn the ball over too much, the Argos will be in good shape.

The Saskatchewan Roughriders have a top three defense in the CFL, allowing 26.8 PPG. That defense has helped the Riders hit the Under in four of their last six games. The only time the Under didn't hit was when the offense exploded, but between injuries and this underrated BC Lions defense, points will be harder to come by.
The BC Lions have been all over the map this season, and have taken advantage of weaker teams in recent weeks to win three straight. But the Saskatchewan Roughriders are among the three best teams in the CFL, and this is the first time they've been an underdog all season. As the only team in the West that's top three in points and points allowed, Saskatchewan can cover on the road.

Wins are listed first, losses second, and pushes or ties are third. Since there are no ties in CFL moneyline betting, if there is a push listed, that would mean the computer predicted a tie and wouldn't have placed a wager on that game.
