How long for a system to be legit?

Hi everyone, this is my first season as a bettor. After one month applying math knowledge to my bets, since february 11th until now I've posted a 60.94% (117-192) hits on my bets. How long does it takes to call this a good system?. If this hit rate continue, how can I make money with it? (I don;t have big money to bet). Thanks for your time
